Never open. It's been 6 months since i've been able to go here. Employees inside, doors locked at 3:30pm on a Thursday. WHY? Lack of employment, perhaps? Raise pay, not price of food. Competitive pay promotes stronger employee retention, which leads to increased hours of restaurant operation, which gives the opportunity for customers crazy enough... to pay $20 for a burrito. Corporate, please reflect on these facts: Customers are willing to pay your prices, but can't when the store is closed. Your employees are finding better wages at Wendy's. If your store is only able to operate 4 hours a day... cover dinner time, not lunch.
This is 100% the worst business I have ever been to. Issue 1 constantly closed with zero notice and if it is open it’s online orders only. The staff is rude and condescending. If your even capable of getting food. Smaller portions and higher price. The online orders are chaotically slapped together and always missing something. I honestly have no idea how this place is still in business. Give up who ever is running this place clearly can not handle the job.
Horrible the last few months. Its like they never bounced back after closing during the pandemic. Will not talk to customers and will only take mobile orders. Mobile orders usually are missing something and portions are small. Also saw staff working behind the counter laughing when customers left unable to figure out mobile ordering
Closed on the weekend with no signage and the lights and sign were still illuminated. We couldn't believe it. Working in Boston we understand some of the lunch places that service the office buildings aren't open on weekends, but a national chain restaurant in a suburb seems really odd and off putting. Guess we'll think twice about Chipotle in the future.
The chubby girl with glasses and nose piercing is the most rude, unprofessional and needs be taught the basics of etiquette. Been consistently having bad experiences since months but never thought to leave a review. The woman is racist and derogatory. Management needs to take action on the rep. Even a friend of mine had ghastly experience at the location. Unfortunately this is the only chipotle location in the area. Several attempts to talk to management have failed
absolutely horrific experience at chipotle and not the first time. Came in with my son to hopefully sit down and have a burrito after his doctors appointment for lunch. I was informed that it was online order only. The online app was not saving customizations like extra cheese, or light salsa. Ask the staff if when my order came up, they could just call my name I said, it's the app wasn't saving my customizations and I was rudely told that they are not going to talk over the counter. It's online only. At the same time this is transpiring a gentleman came in that had never ordered online before , he was having trouble with online ordering and asked if he could just place his order at the counter since they weren't very busy and he was told that he can just go down the street to Chelmsford if he wants to order at the counter, he walked out. long story short I asked for a refund on my order, which I was told could only be done by calling customer service. I asked for a printed receipt with my order number. I was also told that they wouldn't do that for me. When I asked if they could just make the order, the worker said to me "so you're going to have me make your order and you're going to call for a refund after that I got angry and raised my voice and she refused to make my order so I walked out with my son and had to rush him back to school and rush, back to work. Not the first time having experiences like this at the Westford Chipotle. I know they are understaffed, I really hope that management sees these reviews and can make some changes.
Wow - we were appalled that they only do online orders. We walked in and were promptly scolded and walked out. Then we placed an order online, 15 minutes later we walked back in to collect our order. Now there’s no problem with the staff. Very friends folks. However I must say that the portion size was absolutely atrocious. A member in my party orderred double meat and he’s gotten more meat on a single in Bedford vs double in Westford. I can’t express in words how disappointed I was with lunch. I pod 26 dollars for half a scoop of rice with a little cheese on top. This is completely unacceptable. Never again will I set food in chipotle Westford ma. They shouldn’t even call themselves a chipotle. If you want chipotle go to Bedford or Billerica but at all costs I highly recommend you stay far away from chipotle in Westford.
Most embarrassing chipotle ever. Needs to just be shut down. Horrible customer service, they waste your time and make you go home despite being there 30 minutes before closing, you can only order online and it’s still not a guarantee, the portions are horrendous. The only guarantee here is good poisoning. Fr just close this location and open a different food chain.
Open 5 hours a day on weekdays only. I have never seen a Chipotle with those hours. Might as well just shut down this location for all the difference it would make.
Chips were well salted, cooked right. Delightful employees, one of more impressive Chipotles in my experience.
