Place is rough after 6:00. We went in tonight and every table was dirty so we wiped tables off so we could sit down. They were completely out of almost everything but a couple things and we were told they don't make anything after it runs out. What food we did get tasted good. It may be a short staff thing but it looked like there was plenty of workers and all we were told was this is the busiest Chipotle around here so when they run out they don't make more.
I've been to this branch a lot. There have been many times where I get chips that are soggy, and the quality of the food in general varies a lot. I know it's always very busy, but it feels like they are often understaffed or like they're constantly switching out employees. It's also been hard to get the employees attention when coming in for a pickup. Other than that, I've had many good experiences with the food.
The food was just like every other chipotle; however, the workers didn't change gloves at all. They touched multiple surfaces throughout the store and continued to serve food including picking up the shredded lettuce by hand to put it in the bowl. Gloves do nothing if you don't change them! It makes me wonder what other food safety rules they're breaking. Definitely won't be going back.
at this Chipotle you will wait 20-30 minutes in line for your fast food only to be told that not all the items are available that are on the menu. Apparently this kind of treatment of customers is still profitable when you are located near a college campus with a captive clientele. Stay away from this place.
I recently went to urgent care because of suspected food poisoning from Chipotle the night before - symptoms included nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. The worst stomach pain I have experienced in my life. I tested positive for Campylobacter, which is a form of food poisoning. I raised the concern via the chipotle customer support, but all they did was give me 2 free entrees. I would prefer instead that the store can resolve their cleanliness issue so this doesn't happen to other customers. I don’t recommend risking your health on this.
Chipotle as a restaurant is great, but be sure to avoid this restaurant location. It's probably the most consistently poor service I've experienced. Today's sealed it for me, as they're only making online order ahead, and only starting once you get here and let them know you're here. There's 30 people standing outside as the sun is going down. Please, at least have the foresight to cut off online orders at some point, or do walk in only. I'm only going to the mall location from here on out
No steal and white rice. Also never grubhub from them. The will purposely give you little food.<b>Food</b>: 5/5
Terrible service. All 3 of my burrito bowls were half full and still didn't even get the order right!!!
Love Chipotle’s build your own bowl. You configure pretty healthy meal.
I had the worst experience with this Chipotle, I would give it a 0/5 if I could. I ordered delivery, and it showed up practically frozen. The rice was dry and clumped up, they didn't include half of the toppings I had ordered and they used quarter portions for everything on top of that. Whoever made that food and thought it was good to be sent to someone should be retrained or fired. When I attempted to contact the restaurant their phone system wouldn't even put me through to a representative, after trying to contact them online they offered me a bogo gift card, with the assumption I would be eager to go back, they even specified its expiration date. If you're going to go to Chipotle avoid this one and go to the east side.
