First time at this location. Mid afternoon and a little busy. Servers were quick and efficient, so there was never a long line. Food was good but I noticed that Chipotle now offers fewer options for “sides” and no queso. I had a bowl and the portions are much smaller compared to what they used to be
Wife, my daughter and my mother decided to stop here for lunch on a day drive to Plattsburgh, NY. I had the burrito I had steak and my mom the chicken while wife and daughter had the rice bowl. Everything was delicious and we loved it. Staff very friendly. Knocked out 1 star because soft drink dispenser was broken, no spoons available and a little expensive almost $60 for 4 adults. Parking: Lots of parking.
Worst Chipotle restaurant I've ever been in. The food is like any other was great, but everything else was not. The restaurant is filthy, the bathrooms even worse. It was $8.85 for 2 fountain drinks, but there was no carbonation in any of the fountain selections and the ice tea was completely empty. When I let staff know, they just shrugged like so what. I won't go back and don't recommend this particular Chipotle restaurant.
Always enjoy Chipotle's. But wear a winter jacket if you plan on eating there this time of year. Roughly 58 - 60° the evening we stopped by for a bowl.Food: 4/5
I mean it is Chipotle, the food was as intended, pretty good. We even brought a burrito from Chipotle up to Canada so my friend could taste it and he loved it ! As always, the quality is there, nothing to complain.
The best burrito in Town. Definitely a two meal burrito. Staff was polite and respectful. Three employees stepped up to help one another, and get my machanic and our order ready. Still super clean and staff was very helpful.Food: 5/5

$$ the food is amazing, came from Montreal, Canada to eat this for the first time. The spice is on point the meat was great loved the consistency of the meal one burrito was hard to finish by myself The staff was super helpful despite our late arrival great costumer service would recommend to anyone any day
We eat here once every couple of months and it is always enjoyable when we do. The burritos are so good. The barbacoa excuse my spelling if it's not correct is my absolute favorite. Everything is always fresh, hot and delicious. I don't ever dine in but I have noticed they don't take care of the dining room too well there. That would probably be my only complaint, clean off your tables when someone is done eating, crumbs and garbage are not very appealing to people usually
Huge plate, lot of stuff and really spicy. Really good carnitas and barbacoa.
