Ok I’m going to give them 4 stars because they are improving since there seems to be new management and staff! In love how they aren’t skimpy on the helpings. I’ve had hot or miss a few times but it wasn’t too major chipotle customer service is chef kiss! so I’ll return. The staff is friendly. Oh! The watermelon lemonade is watery! They need to add more of the syrup to the mix it ain’t fresh and organic like they lead you to believe BUT it’s good when it’s made right.

Food was gross. Stale chips and omitted my order of chicken and steak. I was presented with stale and over wet tortillas. Spoke to owner and she apologized. Uber eats this order and highly don't recommend.

Good place to come in for a quick grab and go lunch during the workday.  Pretty much the same as any other Chipotle.  I got a steak bowl with a tortilla on the side to bring back to the office to eat when I was in town.  The food was fresh and tasted pretty good.

This chipotle is super unreliable for online pickup. I’ve never seen one that is consistently 20 plus minutes late, every single time for my weekday 1:10pm pickup on the app.Recommended dishesBurrito Bowl

You have a very dirty nasty looking restaurant ,the counter top surfaces are dirty splatter all over the steel countertop smells weird and to be honest it just looks disgusting.and everything thing looks dry and weathered like it's been there since the morning.its September 23 4:15 California time.next time I will go take pictures.and also tell the health department it looks like the tenderloin behind that counter.go look for your self and the manager is also disrespectful and over imposing and disrespectful when I told him about the appearance and. Also I'd like to add you need a different manager .the black guy is a jerk period along with the heay set  latin girl.i will contact the health departmet.zero stars.mr Ronald yu....this is a failure and disgrace to any business.the kitchen needs quarantine..if you are the manager go look.ur gonna loose customers and cause sickness with the dirty kitchen surfaces and cross contamination.i will also recommend to the bbb to do a pop up at your "restaurant"also people who are cooking and serving should wear hair nets or gloves at least .Close before you get closed down by the CHD

Few minor issues - they ask do you want a bag without disclosing what bag. Bigger bag with carry handles - they charge 25 cents. Portion sizes change based on who's serving you +/-15% I would say. Would be nice to have non cane sugar loaded options for lemonades which are kickass - especially the turmeric one.  Vegetarian options: Sofritas are a decent veg option  Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is nice in it&#39;s variety and decently priced but they frequently run out of chocolate milk and juice

Went here with three of my friends - we all paid the same price, around $10.40, but only two of us got regular portions, while one of us got a ridiculously small portion and I got a slightly small portion.  When we talked to the employees about it, they claimed that my friends must’ve gotten a double portion which is false, as they didn’t ask for it or pay for a double portion and that they just had more toppings despite having less meat and rice, not just less toppings.

Love eating here, is very quick and yummy. Is my to go spot whenever I am lazy to cook, they clean seating area. Very good price/quality point

My feedback is on customer service, the food was perfect!  I asked for more lettuce and was told “I think you have enough already” lol. I am a die hard Chipotle fan and am understanding of the fact it was lunch rush, but not cool!  I love Chipotle because I will always come out happy, with a bowl that’s made exactly how I like it. Not being able to customize it with the amount of lettuce I want would completely change that.
