Update: our last online order was very improved. Portions were better and everything was made perfectly. Always excellent food and service when we go in to order. However, we refuse to order online anymore. Every time we order online, our bowls/food have been half the size if not smaller than what the serving size actually is. Very disappointing.
Out of chips. Smallest orange ever for the kiddo. And I’m pretty sure there was only 4 pieces of chicken in my burrito bowl. Not worth the money.Food: 2/5
I wrote a Chipotle review the other day and ended up taking it down. I feel like I was trying to play into my sense of humor while also voicing that I was a bit miffed with Chipotle, but I feel like it really just came off rude, condescending, and disrespectful. So let’s start over. I love Chipotle. It literally always sounds good, I always crave it, and I could probably eat it everyday. It’s because of this love for Chipotle that when I’m so excited to get my bowl and come home and eat, it’s soooooo upsetting when I realize it’s the wrong one. I will take accountability in the fact that, like many people probably do, I sometimes make my bowls named silly/funny names. I try to not be vulgar, but still a silly goose. Either way, when you’re ordering food and it’s dinner time, it’s so busy for the workers that I can imagine how easy it is to slip up and give someone the wrong food. This has unfortunately happened to me multiple times and I think that’s why I was so frustrated. It also is frustrating because, as I said in my previous review, the workers don’t apologize. I know it seems like a small thing, but at the very very least I’d like for someone to be like “oh I’m so sorry, we will make it right now for you”. Again, I’m not demanding free stuff because that’s just unfair, but it’s frustrating!! All this to say, Chipotle I still love you, I didn’t mean to say your red hot salsa was inedible in the sense that it was gross, it’s just too hot for me…. And also please bring the Brisket back it’s literally life changing. Xoxo
Online order to go. The employees were very nice and cordial. The meal which was eaten the following day was a bit disappointing. There wasn't as much meat on the burrito bowl than what we've received in the past. Not sure if it's really worth the price anymore.Food: 3/5
Ordered online to pick food up at 9. Waited 15 additional minutes just for them to scrap three chicken crumbs into my bowl instead of getting a new container of meat. Brown skin, bun, glasses, I don’t know her name but train her better! #Food: 1/5
Unfortunately the service here is not great. Both of the employees working were rude. The portion sizes are consistently smaller than at other locations while the price keeps going up. Our total was 55.00 for four people to eat. 2 burritos and 2 salads plus drinks. Paying that much for incredibly rude behavior from employees is something I'm not comfortable with.
Ordered via the app. It stated it would take 10 minutes. I waited at the pick up area for 40 minutes to get the order. In person orders were placed and picked up before pick up orders were finished that were placed far before. Ordering in advance was not beneficial and the teams split between in person ordering and pick up were not balanced. To top off the experience, when arriving home we discovered our bowls were the smallest we have ever seen. You wanted fajita veggies? You get three tiny slivers of pepper. Terrible.
i went there yesterday for lunch around 2ish3 and there were two people working one man is tall and skinny with messed up teeth, he was very very rude n gave me an uncomfortable looks and he was getting my food together the older women she has messed up teeth as well and is skinny she is who cashed me out i asked for two tortillas more then twice and they was just ignoring me staring off to space seemed like till she proceeded what i said and the older dude took a good 5 minutes just to warm them up n warp them and the older lady finally got them out his possession very disrespectful seems like they are crack heads & i definitely won’t be going back at all!!!!!
This location was pretty smooth and they had all of the ingredients. The fajita veggies were a bit undercooked. Not my normal location, but will go back in the future
Had a school event so all of the students ordered a meal. When we got to the restaurant the food had been stolen. They remade it for free, however a lot of the order was missing. 2 people did not get their food or drinks. They should have a better way to confirm who's order is who when there is in-store pickup.
