Got charged for Guac with no guac in sight smh. Only thing I should’ve been charged for is Queso and Chicken. I used a reward on chips too so I’m upset I still got charged in which I shouldn’t haveFood: 1/5
The staff is very unprofessional. They are not friendly or welcoming to the customers to let you know they acknowledge you being there. My last two visits there were digital orders so I drove up to the window. Three different employees went near the window and did not help me. After waiting for a period of time I decided to walk in to wait again without being acknowledged by the staff. They walk right by you and just ignore you.
This is one of the only Chipotle’s I’ll go to in the Central Valley but it has been a hit or miss lately. Someone’s in a hurry and keeps under cooking the beans. I also got a mouthful of avocado skin. I only order chicken so can only speak to that. Seasoning has been perfect.Food: 2/5
I do not recommend this Chipotle. Walking in with no customers at 6 pm should have been a give away. Started with worker dropping meat on counter then putting it back into my daughters quesadillas. Then apparently this one does not offer any sides except beans and rice for kids meal. Kids meals have no replacements so she got rice no beans and I had to pay extra for sour cream. All other places offer two sides you can choose?? Then there was something green in her cheese so she didn’t want to eat it. The food did not taste good and the service was not good either.
Beans undercooked, meat was VERY bland almost no seasoning, Rice was hard, chips were stale. Sauce tasted disgusting. The worst chipotle Ive ever tried so far, and of course, it would be in Delano…Save your money and go elsewhere people. RIDICULOUS!Food: 1/5
Samuel was very rude and unwelcoming. The snarky attitude when I came back to inquire about an additional charge was unnecessary. Their poor service resulted in me returning my food asking for a refund.Food: 1/5
Very glad Delano has a Chipotle!!! The food is delicious, fast and good customer service AND they have AGUAS FRESCAS!

Bought my dinner, I told the worker it’s to go! They used a brown paper bag for my bowl, placed it on the chair next to me, by the time we got home I felt that my pants was wet with Barbacoa juice, took the bag and then everything dropped because the bag was very wet from the juice, called Chipotle, they apologized and said normally if it’s to go they will double the container told them she did not! I was thinking that they will at least offer a replacement but they did not! Management please train your workers!!!!
