I just started a eating chipotle and my first experience about 2 weeks at I went to the Hampton location and literally fell in love with it to the point I ate my entire bowl that was double steak, rice, pico, sour cream, lettuce and that spicy red saucewhich I loved only to come to this location where service was horrible I told this man steak for both my bowls for him to put chicken & steak in one after letting him know I DID NOT want chicken but of course he did what he wanted and to get home and this mess is disgusting! Nothing about it is fresh & in highly dissatisfied I definitely will never be back to this location

3 I used to work at Chipotle and … idk I just never 100% enjoy the food. I have not had it in about 7-8 years. I got a barbacoa bowl, my husband got a carne asada bowl. Both were just okay. Not super flavorful. The bowls were SUPER BIG. But everything was kinda bland. That’s how I remember chipotle though, just kinda bland. I think there’s better Mexican food closer to me, so I probably won’t be getting chipotle for another long while, or ever again.

probably the worst chipotle in the 757. I placed my order and they gave me wrong order. When I went back they couldn’t find my order and say there was nothing they can do. Mind you !!! My parents just went the night before and they are vegetarians so they can’t get much but they were pretty much out of everything but beans and rice so they filled their bowls up with just beans and rice without telling them they were missing any items till after they handed them the food! Then the manager once again said there’s nothing he can do. Management is horrible and employees can’t comprehend. Do yourself a favor don’t go here.

these 2 workers are simply unprofessional but the one on the left needs to be fired. she is nasty and rude and nothing but attitude.  everyone that walked up to pay was met with smart remarks or rolling eyes. ask her for anything and get nothing but bucking behavior which is all bark and absolutely zero bite. the food at the location is hit or miss but i'm just going to choose something else to eat the next time i'm in the mall

I frequently come in when this location opens. Each and every time I get chips, I can taste the bitterness of oil that has not been changed for god knows how long. Not to mention, any time I go after 12pm, I’m not guaranteed they even have chips, or any other given item on the line, completely ruining my experience. I LOVE Chipotle. This location is so below standard. Something NEEDS to change.

Came here at 10:05 pm and they were out of most of the sides. There was hardly anything in the bowl I ordered. I also ordered queso to go with which was basically scooped from the container which again wasn't the usual serving. The young guy at the PoS was very rude and did charge me full. A suggestion from a frequent customer to @Chipotle, if you are sold out kindly close out the store for the night. Also kindly train your employees.  I have had bad experience at this store before, so I would not recommend this outlet to anyone .

We stopped by Chipotle in the mall. The dining room was NOT clean. When I asked about the meat choices,  the counter server seemed to only know the names of the choices and could not answer any questions about ingredients. After the visit to the counter, I chose to go to the food court. My wife ordered food, but she didn't want to eat in the filthy dining area. The staff seemed to not be knowledgeable about the products. The cleanliness issues indicate poor management practices. Outside of this restaurant in front of the door, there was trash and wrappers all over the ground. The staff was neither cheerful nor helpful. All in all, a one-star review is generous.

It was hard to find per instructions by Google for someone who doesn’t live there but I asked and someone helped me find it. It could have been a little cleaner, like the person preparing my food there was rice and tomatoes and sauce everywhere and it was on the bottom of my bowl. Also I feel like the people food was left open for too long sitting there waiting on the second person to finish the bowl so i waited till it cleared out to order. Besides that it was nice the employees were nice and I enjoyed my food! I have to remember not to get that extra scoop of rice each time lol  Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie bowl or burrito  Parking: Parking lot is weird but there was parking options

Clean and bright not too crowded even though it was noontime. Standard Chipotle menu as you would expect and exactly the same prep. and presentation as any Chipotle just as it should be.  Vegetarian options: You of course build your own so vegetarian is easy.  Parking: They're in the mall near an outside entrance/exit  Wheelchair accessibility: They're in the mall near an outside entrance/exit easy wheelchair access into restaurant and handicap parking nearby.  The restaurant has wide easy access between tables.

Rice was so mushy I couldn’t even eat my food.. literally had to pick out everything that wasn’t the rice..they’re way too many young people that work there that don’t know customer service eitherFood: 2/5
