I got the kids build your own tacos and they were good, the only down side was that I found the steak spicy but I still finished it. I got the watermelon limeade was really tasty as for the side I got the chips. I tasted a hint of lime or lemon not really sure. But I made the chips yummy. I would definitely come back to this location again.
Place is overpriced, and for their selection I could have went to the grocery store and made bean dip at home for a quarter of the cost.. Will not be going back here again.Food: 1/5
We didn’t receive any of the correct sides for our *digital exclusive* quesadillas. Instead the same salsa slopped into some, and one left completely empty. It’s so obvious we aren’t caring these days at this Chipotle.
Pretty good, food was cold one time but I've been there over 20. I think they don't mix their burritos very well but otherwise it's good. I like their double wrapped burrito with steak, half white/brown rice, black beans, pico, cheese, and guacamole. It's the best Parking: At the one on Q street downtown parking can be tight, but otherwise it's fine at every other location.
The o street location is a lot better. I ordered delivery twice in a row from them and my experience was bad. Second time they literally gave me half bowls when I ordered a steak bowl with extra chicken, only got couple pieces of chicken.
Overall amazing but there were very large chunks of frozen avocado in my guacamole.Food: 4/5
Ordered delivery got someone else's food and it took a hour and 15 minutes because the restaurant was busy. I understand that but the wrong order ? No stickers on the Togo bag. Ordered chips salsa quac and a burrito bowl. Got someone else's bowl a bag of chips and that's it. No quac no salsa. That's the least the could have done for giving me someone else's order. I mean I Ordered a chicken bowl with beans salsa corn cheese and lettuce. I got a bowl with barbaccoa queso beans extra sour cream hot salsa and corn. Never will visit or use this location again.
This is all you get for $11. Why so little rice every time? Its the cheapest thing you guys sell. Every single Chipotle in Lincoln is like this. This bowl isn't even half full. Probably going to start finding other places because Chipotles prices keep going up and the quantity of food keeps going down.
Overpriced as hell! $40 for a burrito 2 drinks a bowl and a bag of chips sit down resturaunts aren't even this bad!
I truly feel bad for the workers there since they get slammed with online orders plus the campus traffic. While I don’t mind a long wait due to being busy the customer service definitely is not great due to the I’m assuming understaffing and inexperience/lack of training of the workers. When ordering we requested a side tortilla, only to watch it go to another customer which is fine because it was busy, but will be relevant as the review goes on, we requested a side of queso that never got put with the order, and then before we could request guac/lettuce the worker had already put the top on the bowl so we just chose to go without as it was busy. Once we got to paying we let the worker know we were still needing the tortilla, queso, and drink. She stared down the line for a few minutes before realizing the line workers didn’t know a tortilla/queso was needed I think she thought the tortilla/queso were on their way somehow even though the line workers were working on the online orders/rush of customers. She finally asked for the missing tortilla/queso and a person from the line workers seemed like a manager possibly? The person moving so fast they missed the request for Guac/lettuce and closed the bowl got them to us. Before leaving we let the worker know we were still needing a cup for the drink and the manager? then looked at us and asked us if we paid for the drink. We let them know we did and she made us dig our receipt out to prove we paid for a simple fountain drink even though there was still a line to the door of people waiting. On top of this, they must have run out of lettuce because when we opened the bowls at home the mix was lettuce plus spinach and they definitely didn’t mention. I like spinach but I’d imagine if someone wasn’t a fan this would be a problem. Not being able to keep up with a rush is perfectly fine, but the lack of customer service to the point of needing to prove we purchased something due to the worker asking for a few missing items in a row is unacceptable. There’s other places to get a burrito bowl in the downtown area and I would much rather try my luck with elsewhere where I don’t have to prove what I purchased to a worker holding up other customers so I would NOT recommend this location.
