I really hate that the chipotle app forces you to order from this chipotle when there is another one in the area. Every time I place an order something is wrong when I receive it; on multiple occasions my order has been completely wrong and belonged to someone else or items have been missing. From reading the other reviews it’s apparent that the staff isn’t paying attention to what’s on the orders and what bags the orders need to go into. I’m tired of spending $20+ and wasting my rewards on bad service and not even getting what I ordered. Today I ordered a Chicken Al Pastor Bowl and received someone else’s Chicken bowl; this isn’t the first time this has happened and it’s just infuriating how this continues to happen with this location.

The girls were amazing.  The food was a little cold and it bother me a bit that one of them was sweeping while servicing the customer and the food uncovered. I worked  in food service for 15years and that's a no.  The food should always look fresh so please stir and the guacamole needs to be fresh.Food: 4/5

Refused to give me a water cup after spending $14 on a bowl. The last time I’ll eat here. “We don’t have water”Food: 5/5

This post was long over due. This lady working at your chipotle has got to be the most stingy/ rudest person working at your location. 1st time. A few months back we came an ordered a kids quesadilla. She literally grabbed a pinch of cheese and threw in on the tortilla; we nicely asked for a little bit more and she said that we needed to be charged more. The manager at the time told her that the amount of cheese added did not need to be charge but she kept whining. 2nd time. They were out of kids chip bags but they had chips at the location. We kindly asked if she could make some. She instantly gave an attitude and made them ,but you could see the anger in her. 3rd time. Came again, had no kids chips but had chips. Refused to make us kid chips and ended up giving us a tangerines. We didnt feel like arguing so we just took it. 4rd time. Ordered a quesadilla online and she gave us less than half of the container of side. Is anyone else having issues with her or is it something against us? She  needs to be trained again on servings and costumer service or stay home will be better option.

Chipotle is consistently inconsistent.  From store to store portions are different.  But why they get 3 stars today, this is a large bag of chips? Wish I knew Qdoba was close.  Free queso and a full bag of chipsFood: 3/5

I have never experienced chipotle like I have today. We come in and of course there is a line; but once they started to take your order they didn’t listen to you at all. Started putting stuff on your bowl/burritos without asking messing everything up. When we asked for a side of cheese or dressing we got eye rolls and sighs. Our entire order was wrong, my sons quesadilla, had no chicken, my bowl had the wrong protein and missing items I asked for, my husbands completely got messed up when they put sour cream all over it when we never asked for any. Felt like cattle they was trying to push through the line as fast as they could. We go and tell them that they are out of ice, they said they are out for the day. 5 minutes later they come out with more ice. Had to go back to the counter 4-5 times for missing items. I felt embarrassed asking for anything because everything I did they laughed or rolled their eyes. Absolutely ridiculous, take a breath and take your time so you’re hearing the customers order and they don’t feel rushed. I won’t be back to this location period.

Witnessed this chaos at this Chipotle this week. Customers were standing around trying to pay with cc. They finally announced the machine was down so cash only. Customers that already ordered food left. Instead of the workers just giving the food to the Customers I watched them throw it in the trash can. Ridiculous! And wasteful! Wasn't the Customers fault. Not everyone has cash anymore. One of the workers should have immediately placed a sign on the door or announced cash only before letting them order food. Not cool!

I was checking out at around 12:22pm and the woman at the register was just awful. As I was taking my card out of my wallet to pay she snatched my card to bill it without even asking. My card is my property and I did not give her permission to snatch it out of my hands. She then continued to make an annoyed face when my card wasn’t going through because the tap option on their machine wasn’t working. When I pulled out another card to try she snatched that one and billed it as well. Everyone was in a rush which i understand but it still didn’t give her the right to act the way she did. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful.

To begin.. we weren't even greeted when we walked in and we were given nasty looks when we took a few minutes to order. I'm assuming she's the manager judging by her poor and slightly aggressive attitude.. didn't get a name but she's a shorter lady with glasses. She was very rude to my fiancé when he asked for a water cup and she said "no, we don't give out water cups" he said "but I'm thirsty I just want ice and water" she then stated "but we don't have ice and water" with a sarcastic smirk on her face and a lot of head/neck movement. My fiancé had to get ice from the machine with the tiny condiment cups. They in fact do have ice and water so that was very ugly of her. We ate our food and left then went back inside with our own cups to get ice and water. We will never return and I hope the district manager will evaluate this store and it's employees and conduct a training for improving their customer service. If giving good customer service is not something you're interested in I wouldn't be working at a fast food restaurant...

This is the best Chipotle is Frederick! Sometimes, the line is a little long, but it moves pretty fast you could always order online and come right in and pick up, too. Their food is cooked well done, chicken in particular. Every other Chipotle I go to, all I'm eating is gummy chicken and spitting half of it out, ughh. But yea, go here, this is the spot!!!
