Went in during lunch hours. I understand it's busy but the customer service could have been better. When I opened my bowl, I found a bug in it. Did take out so I didn't check my bowl beforehand Really small portion sizes, gave a couple pieces of lettuce. Guac was not filled. The chips were really salty and stale, could tell it was not made fresh.
Consistently Good Chipotle My boyfriend and I are long-time fans of Chipotle, and our recent experience was, as usual, consistent with our expectations. We ordered our go-to bowls, brought them home, and were pleased to find that the flavours were on point. The ingredients were fresh, and we appreciated that our bowls weren't soggy, maintaining that Chipotle signature crunch. The service was decent, which is what we've come to expect from fast-food places. Chipotle has always been reliable in that regard. However, this reliability comes at a cost - we've never been blown away by exceptional service or any standout experiences. What keeps us coming back is the consistency; Chipotle never fails to deliver a solid, tasty meal. The flavours and spices were as good as ever, hitting that sweet spot of satisfying our cravings. While we didn't encounter any issues, the overall experience didn't exceed our expectations either. In summary, Chipotle remains a reliable choice for a quick and tasty meal. It's the kind of place you can count on for consistency, but it falls just short of earning that extra star for an outstanding experience. If you're a fan of their usual offerings, you won't be disappointed, but don't expect any surprises. 3/5 stars.
The most terrible service you can ever experience in Toronto! I ordered double steak but the food I received is chicken, guacamole, cheese and sour cream! When I call the store they say I have to go all the way back for them to remake my food or get a refund. This is totally unacceptable! I asked the person over the phone if the only way to ensure I get the correct food is to open it while I am in store and she said yes! So it’s for a customer’s responsibility to make sure I get the right food? Plus, there is no way to report this issue or get in contact with someone who is not the store employee cause they don’t care and have a attitude. I reported my issue to the website and I received this email from chipotle saying the amount listed below will be refunded to my credit card. But the amount in the email is 0.
Super busy lunch spot during the week. I recommend ordering in advance online for pick up at the takeout window. It's hit or miss in terms of protein portions. Overall, it always hits the spot! You can select extra toppings without being shy when you order online for pick up :

Honestly I don’t see the hype around chipotle. Maybe it was what we ordered, but the food didn’t taste very good to us at all and it was super salty. We ordered the guacamole and the chicken al pastor burrito bowl on brown rice. Somehow every part of the burrito bowl was incredibly salty. The only good thing was the guacamole, it was so flavourful and delicious! However, the chips were also pretty salty. That being said, the service as incredibly efficient and had good customer service. Overall not a bad place to go to, but I wouldn’t go here again for an actual meal just the guacamole.
The food was not that bad. It wasn’t as warm as i would have liked it to be. It was a little on the cold side like it’s better sitting out for a while. I don’t know what that was about. I do understand that this place does get extremely busy because of the location. It was a lot of ppl coming in with their bags/luggage and the place is already on the smaller side. The service was not that friendly again i understand and give them some grace because they are serving thousands of ppl per day so i get that. They seem to be a little on the drained and dry side. The place wasn’t that clean because a lot of people was running in and out nonstop. The bathrooms can definitely be cleaning. I didn’t not like the smell of you know what i mean . Overall it’s not a bad place it’s just an extremely busy place. I think if they had more help it would definitely help them out a lot. Dietary restrictions: They have options for everyone.
I think my favorite food Pizza, might just got replaced with the amazing Quesadillas from Chipotle. This food will leave you spending more than anticipated but this is just so worth it. The chicken burrito bowl is also another favorite dish that I loved from this location. The containers include minimal plastic and I love that for nature. This store is definitely one of my favorite location among other branches!!
Food is ok. They did not tell us the kids menu is spice. All tables are dirty, no body clean them. I asked for something to wipe the table and the employee told me to use tissue paper. How am I supposed to clean up the sauces on table? Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly; they did not tell us the kids menu is spice.
The food was tremendously tasty, and the location is very convenient in Toronto's Downtown Square. If you're looking for a nice, quiet place to have lunch, this is the best option, especially their veggie bowl.Recommended dishesVeggie Burrito Bowl
