On my online order this is the portion size that i get. It is never like that when i go and buy. But i paid $16 for that size? If i knew, ı would choose a restaurant where i can actually eat a good meal.

Went in to order and the employees were super friendly and approaching! I loved the portion size and turned it into two meals which was great. Always ask for extra lettuce so every bite feels so refreshing. This is my second time trying chipotle and I would definitely get it again :

Horrible experience!! I have ordered 3 veggie bowls from chipotle and found out that a piece of beef in  it. I don't recommend vegetarians and vegans to visit this place and strict action needs to be taken for the staff and management.Food: 1/5

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will NEVER return to this location. My husband and I visited twice in 1 week, even though our first experience was not positive. Both times, we were there at roughly 7 pm. They were out several meats/toppings with no apology or comment that more would be made, despite closing at 11 pm. There were no napkins, the tables were all filthy, they were out of all the varieties of lemonade. On our last visit, all the chairs were up in the dining area with the exception of the tables directly in front of the door. We took chairs down so as not to be cold or have to wear our winter coats while eating. Staff came over to inform us we were allowed to sit in that table because they had decided to close early. There was no signage indicating they were closing sooner than there normal business hours. Its incredibly clear that the store is poorly run and we will not be back.

UNSANITARY! Both my husband and I got food poisoning after eating here. The bathroom is filthy dirty which makes me wonder if the employees even wash their hands. Toilet paper all over the floor, no paper towels, terrible smell. The attitude of those employees is quiet something, they don’t care at all. The line on a random Thursday at 4pm was very long, they’re not managing. There are so many other great and CLEAN restaurants around this plaza, save yourself a trip to your Dr and don’t eat here.

Like with everyone else's experience, service is not great. Everytime I order something for pickup it's never on the shelf and there's always something missing in it. Employees are rude - I understand being a student and working long shifts is stressful, but as someone who also works I would never be so outright rude to someone or mess up so often

Messy tables and floor, had to sit at a higher stool to find a table that had no food on it. But the food was fresh and good.  The steak special -- the steak was a bit tough and chewy, so I was a little disappointed in that, but overall it was a good meal.Food: 4/5

what a joke there is  always a issue with this location. the tomatoes were old and bitter and our bowls were half full.. no meat or rice in either bowls it’s ridiculous.Food: 1/5

Carnitas & under there are both rices! I enjoy the flavor change as I drill my way through lunch.Food: 5/5
