10/31/23 I ordered my food online yet my burritos were missing some toppings, both of them.10/31/24 my 2 bowls and a burrito had hard rice and maybe raw meat. My son and i share the burrito and we are sick from our stomach. Unfortunately manager offered to replace one bowl and not the the rest of the items because they were started and had less than half of a portion. I told manager that we tried to eat it like that but it was not enjoyable at all. Pics below show raw vs cooked Rice.

The portions given to me were ridiculously small and I was still charged full price. Shaking the bowl to fill the empty spots and pouring on a bunch of condiments to cover up the lack of meat is a very noticeable cop out. It's not cool to film people while they're working, but I don't believe I should've been charged $32 for sour cream and cheese. If the man standing right there in plain clothes was the manager you saw everything occur. Don't think I'll be using this location again.

i like order burrito bowl in all Chipotle places :3 hot tortillas dipped with queso blanco is excellent!Food: 5/5

Last time I’m ever going to this location. The guy who helped me was in a bad mood. I first asked for a burrito, instantly knew I made a mistake I said “sorry I meant burrito bowl” he huffed grabbed the tortilla and put in a ball. I knew at that moment I should have just walked out but I didn’t.  Then when asking for everything I wanted, he would splat everything onto the bowl and onto the hard shell tacos I ordered. It was like I had to walk on egg shells to not piss him off.  When I got home my side tortilla was another rolled up in ball and my tacos were a mess and soggy.  This is the managers problem. The manager shouldn’t have their employees onto to the floor if their going to give customers attitude. They should be immediately fired. I shouldnt have to walk on egg shells for service that is supposed to be provided to helping customers.  Never going back. This new generation of workers are such jerks and feel so privileged.

I recently stopped by Chipotle after the gym and had their chicken bowl. The food was delicious and filling, which was exactly what I was looking for after my workout. The service was alright, but nothing too special. Overall, I would definitely recommend stopping by Chipotle if you're looking for a quick and tasty meal!

Visited to try their carne asada. Friendly employees who piled on the food. Establishment was clean and well stocked. Parking can be a haste since it shares a lot with several other businesses/eateries.Food: 5/5

With all the heat Chipotle has gotten, this location is still being stingy on portion size. Its a also a bad sign when most of the food trays are empty of items to choose from. I ordered a bowl and the server wanted to cheat me on the portion size, she spread out a few pieces of chicken to make it look like enough was served. When I asked for a little more chicken she proceeded to give me an attitude and put some chicken into a little plastic cup. She then tells me "thats 4 ounces!" Unless this girl doesnt know how math works, 4 ounces of fluid by volume is very different then 4 ounces by weight. I wasnt about to argue with her so I walked out, leaving another bowl that was already made and I just told the girl "you guys can eat it".  Chipotle needs to understand that when you give customers a bad attitude and try to cheat us, you will get the same generosity in return. I now understand why this location has such bad reviews.

Chips are great with guacamole and with a carnitas taco even better, carnitas are watery not oily like most places so keep that in mind.. definitely not a Mexican place but California Latin inspired food. I guess it's healthy but it's not good. Well... it's not bad either. It's super basic, like if you are a picky eater and you want something non memorable and boring then this is the spot for you!Food: 1/5

This experience was incredibly disappointing. The service was terrible, there was a girl with tattoos, the portion size of the food was minuscule, and she rushed me without reason, even though there wasn't a line. I definitely won't be returning here.Food: 1/5
