Stay away from this chipotle. Extremely rude young Hispanic girl patronizing my wife when we are ordering food for our children. She charged us extra for guacamole with the kids meal cheese quesadilla”  and we tried to explain it should be included but she got rude and said that’s there policy. We told her we’ve ordered this a million times for our kids at various locations and she said they’re all wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and she backed the employee. She continued to argue until finally they realized they were incorrect and she said “are you happy?” And “have a blessed day”. Neither of these two should be employed by Chipotle if you ask me. I see others with the same experience. Bad business.

Rude manager !! No manners no respect for older people laughed the whole time at issue my daughter has limited diet due to illness she is young and ordered a kids meal they laughed at her not knowing her condition, asked for manager on site,  cashier stated it was her asked her named she refused to give her name at the same time laughing with the other food  preparer receipt stated her name was Alma.very disrespectful still laughed as we walked away. I dont understand how she could be a manager no respect for others. Food was sloppy prepared as they laughed at my daughter then wrote byotc which not sure what it stands for  but does not look accurate if H is missing at end, cashier looked at it and still laughed. The manager at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I placed a pickup order for 4:30pm pickup, and upon arrival I saw on the ticket that it had been prepared at 3:48. The meal sat for 30 minutes, instead of being prepared fresh by the proper arrival time. I asked them if they could make the meal fresh and they refused. He then told me that this was my fault, and that remaking it would cost him money. Will not be revisiting this location again!

I work in the mall and I always come here for my veggie bowl the staff is really nice ! I’m not sure why all the bad reviews it’s a “MALL” it can be very stressful for fast food workers ! They always do an amazing job with me !Food: 5/5

There’s no question with food. The staff especially the  young lady with eyeglasses was very rude the way they treat customers. Make sure when you point with your finger on the food don’t pass by the glass, they will push your hand away. Just try and you’ll find out. You will loose your appetite.Food: 2/5

My burrito was redone 2 times , to change protein to chicken from steak . They really not giving enough. I took a bit of first serving and dig a little bit trying to find meat in there. Normally chipotle servings are really good size , but sure not this location . They told me all I can get is 4oz per serving , when they redid it second time I switched to chicken option and it was twice as much as original steak option , I thought 4oz is even with any kind of protein. Veggies were really cold . While I was dealing with food served to me there was 3 other people lining with returns. I couldn't believe it, but for sure not ordering at this location again.

The staff is super nice! They made me a delicious steak quesadilla. However, I’m not sure if they changed their steak or what but definitely had a stomach ache that night.Food: 3/5

came just before close and they rushed me and ensured me they only had certain kinds of rice available and were not going to make any more for the night for me. bowl was filled as if it comes out of their paychecks to fill it up correctly, my food didn’t even go above the rim of the bowl. and for $12, it was about the 1/3 of what i’m used to getting. staff wanted nothing to do with me and rushed me out of line to continue their conversation. sad

The new Asian male employee skipped me and took other peoples orders and then didn't even know how to make a taco. When I mentioned it to him that he skipped me he acted like he didn't know what I was sayingService: 1/5

not sure who hired these cooks but the steak is literally just they way it was bought cold and raw. i’ve had issues with the steak being rubbery like whale meat. terrible customer service girl with glasses and is a little heavier has bad staring problem and is very bad attitude and acts like she is the ceo of the company. also whoever is in charge of wrapping the burrito closes their eyes because i guess i ordered my chipotle on a tortilla. most unethical burrito. make sure you get a bowl because it will fall apart.  i always crave it and then i remember why i dont ever eat there.
