I got maybe 1/4 scoop of meat , this chipotle is ridiculous, not that the owners care or anything especially since they’ve raised the price on each bowl, but will not give you any meat - RIDICULOUSFood: 1/5
Staff were great! Ordered online and left off an item accidentally. Food was ready when I walked in. Asked the associate who gave me my order for salsa. He stopped what he was doing and quickly dished up and handed me the requested item. Vegetarian options: All the bowls, burritos and most items can be made for vegetarians or people with dietary restrictions. Dietary restrictions: Most menu items can be personalized.
I went once in 2020 and the food was disgusting and never came back. It’s really sad to see these reviews. I truly think everyone should stop going here and they would be forced to shut this down. Chipotle is not what they used to be and this is by far the worst location in town. Please do not eat here, or order here for your own sanity. Update: THERE WERE BUGS IN MY FOOD!! The manager was so rude and did nothing and I told the restaurant when I returned my food and they walked out of line and he gave me no apology tatted Caucasian manager. 0/10 please refrain from getting sick here and ordering any food and terrible management/ customer service.
Good portion sizes. I’ve been here at least a dozen times and the food is always consistent and of similar quality. The only real complaint I have is the parking can be difficult and the dine in area is small and cramped especially when it gets busy. One of the better chipotle locations I have been to.Food: 5/5
Always love the rice bowl from chipotle . We had veggie bowl with spicy sauce and it was phenomenal.. chicken rice bowl was good too. Service could be better . Lots of space inside to sit and dine . Parking is good too.. overall a good experience
Was having complications using the mobile app the phone number just direct you to the national customer service for Chipotle so good luck contacting your local restaurant if you have a question as well as the AI for the customer service line is not that smart E I was in a little bit of a situation I had ordered through the mobile app at a designated time to pick up however I got a flat tire on the way there had to wait for the boyfriend to come and fix it after you got off work making my order a hour and a half lonelier sitting on the Chipotle pickup shelf I wasn't having any luck calling customer service seeing if they could remake my order since I am a frequent Chipotle customer however I just had no other option but to go to the store location myself. I was nervous in regards to the response I would get once I explained the situation I went back and forth with my boyfriend but he did. Okay now that I have explained a short story I'll get to the main point play shift manager named Tim was like a breath of fresh air &for once humanity was not dead. He was calm inviting understanding and willing to satisfy the customer. And those are the type of people that we need more in this world when you wake up in the morning you have two choices, you can either choose to be a positive effect in hopes of it spreading on or decide to self-indulge, for your own benefits. Tim went above and beyond as well as his team, Date: 02/19/2024 Time: approx. 9: 30 P. M Raise is highly recommended if you want to keep a gentleman like this around especially in Laurel
The food at this location is wayyyy better than the Edgewater location. Their chicken bowls used to be awesome but now they're so spicy you can't even eat them. However this location is always very messy. Need some more attention to the dinning area. Trash is always overflowing,tables are dirty.Food: 5/5
Can’t comment on food as the manager refused to sell it. The Entire App crashed 10/31. The 1-800 number clearly said they would honor their special, however upon arriving the manager refused to honor the special unless you were in costume. She had her workers throwing away food right and left because ppl were not in costume. Such a shame…as if this is the only day we were visiting Chipotle. We have the App clearly because we are regular patrons. However after this experience, I will be rethinking who I give my hard earned dollars too.
This chipotle continues mess up my family entire order. They put the wrong thing in the bowl. I ask for extra items in my bowl pay for it and it’s never put in there. This place sucks and whoever is preparing the bowls for the online pick up orders needs to be replaced. Cause clearly they don’t know what their doing and their screwing up peoples orders.
I try to avoid this Chipotle now because waiting 20 minutes for a mobile order is a regular occurrence. They are simply not staffed enough to keep up with evening demand. I did find a bug in my lettuce once, but this is a known issue with it I think.Food: 5/5
