I've come here about five times. I would come more if the food was more like the Chipotle I'm used to. I'm from Miami so I'm used to good Hispanic food. But the people who prepare it at this location seen the lack something. The white rice is always mushy the beans need to be cooked an hour longer the steak should have all the fat and silver removed and the chicken should be inspected better for small bones.  And they should taste the guacamole and chips a little more frequently. Twice I've had bad chips and guacamole.  I usually order 5 meals at a time. But I'm honestly thinking of just skipping this place all together. I'll give it one more American try in about a month after I've forgotten about this recent experience.  Then I'll decide if I want to eat Chipotle up here.

Food is good, but one female employee was really rude. I literally took a few extra seconds glancing over the items because I have only been there a few times and she got an attitude. Then when I pointed to something she scolded me not to point past the glass. Overall, the employees were not friendly or polite. But the food is decent. I almost want to call the company to report how unpleasant they are. 😕

Food has always been fresh. Quick service. Friendly staff. Need some work on keeping drink station clean and tea refilled. But for most like this place.

Not happy with them in the last 6-8 months.  Employees not as professional and friendly as they used to be and portions are much smaller, especially if you order online. Still love their food but their service has gone down.

Reason for the three stars is because you don't know whether or not the employees are reading your receipt thoroughly. I've ordered online several times, and I've always found it disappointing more than once. There were times where the rice wouldn't be fully cooked, there were times where all of my food was super salty and couldn't finish my bowl, and the final time I was there, something was happening with their register that didn't print my online order and it stated I hadn't even paid for my food. I had to show the cashier my phone more than once to show him I placed an order about fifteen minutes prior, that I paid for my food, and that I had in fact asked for a soda along with my meal. Best advice would be to just physically order your food at the place instead of "skipping the line." Only reason I order online is because I have to go back to work and I won't have time to get back and eat my food. So just letting everyone know my experiences with this place.
