My son went in to get him something to eat and the staff were incredible in the way they were so helpful to him. And to top it out they hooked him up on what he ordered, guess they could tell he's a growing boy. An the cashier gave a dollar out of her purse cause he was short a dollar. Of course I gave him the money to pay her back, but she did it without even knowing if she was going to get paid bk. Now that is Customer Service!!!! Y'all definitely got 2 more customers permanently!!!!!

The food is good for Starbucks. Not a huge fan of the brand. This one worker is SUCH a nice employee! She helped me figure out what to get with her suggestions and was open and friendly. This place has some of the best customer service I've received. Also, I come in a lot for Pokemon Go (free WiFi and charging) with no complaint from the staff.

The food was delicious and the employees went the extra mile when serving my wife a gluten-free portion. She has a serious gluten allergy and they didn't act pained to fill her order. The only reason I didn't give my review 5 stars was that, like most every other restaurant in NC, it was over air-conditioned and I froze to death even though it was very hot outside.

The brown rice was not well cooked, it was hard. They put such a small amount of meat when in other locations they put way more. The cashier was rude and talking in a rude tone when I gave her back the queso, which was disgusting. 
Staying away from this location

First time there and a woman came by our table in tears and told us not to eat the rice.  When we were ordering we were behind them and they were telling us how good it was.  Not sure what happened but i got up threw my food away.
