I love Chipotle. It has something for everyone and their ingredients are always so fresh. The barbacoa burritos! So great! My kids like there chicken. They say its a little spicy but super good.

One of the worst Chipotle experiences. The bowl was filled about 1/3 full. Asked for more rice and chicken and hardly any more was added. The chips were VERY doughy and not edible with how much salt was on them. Ended up only eating a few of them. Told an employee and he told me to tell some other employee. Shouldn't that be his job? Not mine? The other guy offered me a free bag of the chips that were too salty and doughy. Why would I want more of the awful chips? Handled quite poorly. Maybe a coupon for something free? Preferably not the undercooked and over salted chips. Not a good experience. I'd avoid this location.

Chipotle addict. Sometimes it can be very busy at this location. It would have five stars but the amount of turn over is kind of odd to me. I regularly come in and it always seems there is someone new each week. Other than that the food is consistently good, much better than the Lancaster location.

I took my family for the first time tonight. We all ordered something different and out of 4 of us, only one meal was edible...It was incredibly over salted, not one piece of steak in my burrito could be bitten through due to tendon and muscle running through all of it, the quesadilla was cold, the chips were stale and rubbery... only the crunchy tacos tasted decent, but broke completely apart on the first bite and had to be finished with a fork... terrible food experience! Service was the only upside to this meal, we will not be coming back!

One of the worst chipotle locations I have ever visited.   I have been there approximately 10 times since I moved to Keizer in August of 2016.  Every SINGLE visit they have been out of one key ingredient with a wait time of 10-20 minutes before they replenish it.  I have had staff ignore me at the register for well over 5 minutes, while my Luke warm food became cold.  I really can not recommend this particular location based on several bad experiences.  If you’re in a pinch - go ahead but be prepared for disappointment.
