Staff is nice. That's all. Chips are not fresh. It's soggy. Guacamole turned to brown after 2 hrs without opening the lid of container. Meat (I had steak) is cold and no taste. Probably, I wouldn't go back there.

The food here is bland and borderline inedible especially compared to other Chipotle locations. Don't come here if you want Chipotle. The Little Neck location is a lot better.

The food is Chipotle standard which is good. However on two separate occasions the chips have been very stale.

I use to be. Manager at this location. The food here is phenomenal as well as the service. Hasn't changed since I left. Amazing new team. Who knows what they're doing. I for one am a happy customer. Keep it up Team Greatneck
