I purchased a tv recently from Chisolm's. It is a great tv and was the same price I would have paid at a big box store, but with way better customer service. The owner is very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. And for a small fee they delivered it, set it up and took away the packaging, saving me a lot of frustration as well. The delivery team were polite and installation was very quick. The whole process was easy and smooth. Definitely recommend shopping local at Chisolm's!
From store entry until final exit on installation in my home; knowledgeable, professional, and ensuring happiness with product. Friendly people with a great selection and comparable prices to the big box stores. Happy to support local.
I phoned to upgrade my date’s entertainment centre. The experience that followed was excellent. The two installers that arrived knew their stuff. After the first visit we decided what could be still used and what had to be replaced. A few days later the installers returned. The end result was exactly what I wanted. The new technology is now better and easier to use . Everything was reasonably priced. Peter coordinated everything from the store and kept in touch throughout the process. Thanks to Chisolm TV
What a great local experience! In the age of online shopping, especially in the midst of the Covid-19 situation, nothing replaces local service. Our recent purchase through Chisolm TV & Stereo Web Store was seamless, secure and speedy. With the need for some set up assistance, the team was available by phone and very knowledgeable. Their creative solutions to assist while social distancing made it all possible. I firmly believe had we not bought local, our set up would have been beyond frustrating and almost impossible. Picked up this amazing cassette deck there for 40 bucks. One of the best purchases I have made in a long time.
Friendly and knowledgable service! It's great to be able to walk into a place and see and hear the different options available. I won't buy a TV or audio components anywhere else.
We had a new tv and speakers installed yesterday from Chisholm tv. The 2 men that did the installation were amazing. They removed all the packaging quickly, wore masks and programmed everything so we were ready to watch NBA finals last night. Thanks Peter and crew for making this so easy from start to finish!!
Great help with advice and supplies
My Mother bought a tv a few days ago. However she had to wait for the cable box to be delivered from her cable supplier. Today she finally received the box. She is an older lady and couldn't figure out how to set up her tv. Chisholm,s is coming tomorrow to set it up for her. Her cable provider was going to charge her This is a great company that truly looks after their customers, above and beyond. I would recommend Chisholm,s 100% . Thank You for making my Mom a happy customer. :
