Story

Chisos Grill is a concept based on the cuisine of my family's travels through Southwestern Texas and Northeastern New Mexico. The offerings range from Black Angus Steaks, Fresh Gulf Seafood, Central Texas Quail, along with some traditional favorites such as burgers, salads, and pasta. My wife and I have been in the service industry for over forty years combined and wanted to bring a concept that can satisfy every guests needs!

Took my 11 year old son for his birthday to have some of their "jumbo" shrimp. What he got was 6 rather small to medium shrimp and a small helping of fries for $15. He was happy and did enjoy the dessert. Also the young waitress was really sweet. They charged too much and delivered too little but I didn't complain while there as I didn't want to spoil his b'day meal. 
Don't go expecting much except for them to overcharge and under deliver.

This is my second time eating here. First time I had tacos and did not enjoy them. Second time I had pulled pork and it was good. Very country and western sort of spot. Good space in the restaurant. Nice furnishings. Overall enjoyable the second. time around

Service : Jose did a wonderful job as our server. Was attentive to our needs but not to a point where its overwhelming. If he saw us in conversation he was not rude and didn't interrupt. 

Cleanliness: This restaurant was super clean. I'm very big on checking out how clean a place is before I eat.  

Atmosphere: Great atmosphere inside and outside.  Whichever you choose you will not be disappointed. 

Food: We had the sampler for our app. Salsa, guacamole and queso with pulled pork in it was absolutely amazing. Then I had the Angus steak with the bacon wrapped shrimp and the southwest rice.  5 star delicious meal, my absolute compliments to the chef.  My wife had the tortilla crusted shrimp salad and loved it also.  The croutons in this specific salad were out of this world. I will not spoil how they are made, but different is the best description I can give.  

Pricing: At first I did think the food was expensive when I looked at the menu online. Do not let that deter you from trying the food here. You definitely get what you pay for. The food was bursting with amazing flavor and we did not put salt or pepper on anything which for me particularly is not the norm. 

Summary: I will be back to this restaurant and will be treating my Mother to dinner here for her 60th birthday. I could not think of a more unique and different restaurant to do so.  Great job Chisos Grill.  Do nothing different.

Fantastic brunch! 
Chile Relleno was... Amazing! (& Mimosas)
Good Kid options too. 
Comfy outdoor patio area.

Best place ever for melted cheese and chips.
Comfortable atmosphere, Friendly servers.
Great Burgers and Tea.
Prefect for a evening date.
