Only place in the area that literally does "In and Out" alterations. Brought my uniform in and needed new patches sewed on, waited 15 minutes and was on my way. This place has definitely turned around since my first visit. Awesome Experience!!!

I took in a messenger back to have the zipper replaced on the small compartment. She wouldn't quote me a price. When I returned to collect my bag the zipper was inside out and she charged me almost as much as the bag cost!

Will not ever do business there after being overcharged for alterations.  They didn't even do them correctly and want to argue when you bring to their attention. They won't tell you in advance how much it will cost but when you pick up you might be surprised!!!.

I had my wife's coat dry cleaned and the zipper was ripped off. Lady told me that labor in China was cheap and that maybe my wife ripped it off. Started arguing with me that their machine was expensive and couldn't make that mistake. Also asked me to try and claim the coat. Now I know what happened to all the missing buttons on my uniforms. Never going here again!

Horrible service. I brought a brand new pair of pants there to be dry cleaned. When my husband put them on to wear them, they had a hole in them. I brought the pants back there for them to reimburse me or fix it. They demanded money from me to pay for them to mend the hole. Needless to say, we won't be going back there ever again. Sad, because my husband had been going there for a couple of years.
