This has to be the most incompetent business I have been to. I thought it was just a one time thing but I was wrong. I even had them write down instructions on the ticket as what needed to be done and they could not get it right. Delayed by two days and lack of caring is at a max here. This will be the last time I deal with this business. If you have items that need to be dry cleaned do not bring it here. You will not get it back when promised or how you requested.

Awful. Do not recommend! Ask prices first as they are very expensive. My suggestion go to Poqouson.

We took a king size comforter to be laundered.......what a beautiful job! Smelled so fresh and clean. Price was fair, done when promised....great service!

Will never go back. The lady is just unbelievably rude and has no idea what she is doing. She put holes all over an expensive blazer I asked her to change the buttons on. When I asked her to remove the buttons because I didn't want their to be big holes it if I did it myself, she seriously said "you can't do it yourself?". Then cut the buttons of in front of me with a knife, and guess what... BIG HOLES! Then told me there was nothing she could do about that. She also messed up simply letting some pants out that were too short, and then charged triple what other places have charged me for the same thing.

By Ted Crossland: A new suit with permament creases created at purchase is now ruined with an additional set of creases now made by this NON-professional cleaner/presser - even after bringing it to their attention and having a note attached to the suit, etc.... Their response is totally unsatisfactory and unprofessional. They did NOT listen to what I wanted them to pay careful attention to. And I still had to pay full price for this poor quality service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POOR QUALITY ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU VALUE YOUR CLOTHES - BECAUSE THEY DO NOT.
