Great Service! I have 4 properties and after being with some of the worst property management companies in Atlanta, I had lost hope on finding a reliable company. Its been 4 months and I can honestly say "I love these guys"! Monica & Tiffany always take care of any request that I have and are always quick to answer any questions or concerns.

LOVE TIFFANY and the GANG!! The application process was very smooth and quick! They showed the property that I was interested in, it was available, I moved in on the date that I wanted.....everything was completed in the home as promised, and my family was able to move into their new home. Out of all my residences that I moved into this was far the best! They are very quick to respond to needs that I have regarding to our agreement! I'd recommend CHOICE HOMES to ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!! THANK YOU TIFFANY, MONICA, and Everyone else at Choice HOMES!!!

I must say I am currently renting from Choice Homes and I am Very Pleased.  I saw others are having issues and I must say I did NOT have a bit of trouble.  I even requested to meet on  sunday while I was in town and they went out of their way to do so.  The online payments make it so simple.  I even had a small issue with the sink and it was fixed the same day...

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! They don't keep their workers long, I've been here 14 months and theres been so many different people that it's not funny. They FLAT OUT LIE IN YOUR FACE!!! I was told that i would pay $25.00 for washer and dryer (before i moved in) after i moved in they doubled it. I later found out that the doorway was too small and the small stackable could not even fit through the door. They told me they would expand the bathroom entrance so it would fit but then changed their minds. I was going to move, but choice homes said "we will pay to expand the wall only if you renew your lease" I renewed my lease and as usual, they had flat out lied. My air conditioner has went out three times, and the heat in my apartment was unbearable. I was told to buy some fans and stay cool UNTIL they can get it fixed. Monica( the new office worker since febuary) is Highly unprofessional and unable to handle her job. This is not a place you want to live. MY AIR IS OUT AS I AM TYPING THIS AND THE FACT THAT I'M DISABLED DOES NOT COUNT AT ALL!!!!

im currently renting through this company, im having several issues with the rental, they never fixed anything they always claim they dont have enough funds to cover the problems. no one never returns my phone calls. i have been dealing with this for past 2 1/2 years with this company! and they are never in there office. so unprofessional.
