Love this studio.  Love the hot power yoga class (Friday mornings).  Love the instructor.  Love everything about this place!  If you're thinking of trying yoga, or hot yoga for the first time, or if you've been doing yoga for a while, this studio has many classes to choose from to help and challenge you along the way!

Great facility. Great instructors. Great price. You can't miss. They will really wake up your body and open your mind and deepen your heart.

I love this place & Sandy! My daughter & I try to attend at least once a week as we are so busy right now. As soon as our schedules slow down, we plan to increase our classes to 2-3 times a week. The classes are very relaxing & you are never made to feel uneasy if you can't do or stay in a pose. You feel autonomous yet still a part of a group. I'm glad we found this place.

Duncanville's hidden gem!  Love this place because it has the best yoga teachers. Rates are good also.
