I wish I could give this place a better rating but their scheduling is horrendous. My son had chronic ear infections so we went to this CHOP facility to get him checked out. Appointment times mean nothing. They straight up tell you be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes. Why are they over-scheduling to the point where people have to wait at least 45 minutes past their appointment time just to get in a room? We called more recently to make another appointment and they were only taking appointments 3 months out. We couldn’t wait that long. My son needed urgent attention. We wound up going to Becker ENT and they got him in, did all ore-op testing, and surgery scheduled super quick.

I liked the receptionist, nurses, PA and the doctor, and the woman I spoke to on the phone to make his original appointment was super nice and helpful. Never had a long wait and everyone was very pleasant. Seems very clean, too. Even when we went to the main campus in Philly for his operation everyone was awesome.

We were there to see a cardiology specialist about a month ago, yet still have not heard back from them regarding the test results. We were told to hear back from them within a week at the time of return. I left voice message twice (as they never answer the phone calls directly), yet still no return call. :(

This office is always give more appt than time slots, have 3 times in a year. Also when you sign in no courtesy from staff to tell is they are behind by more than hour

What if you hired another person to check people in? I waited 17 mins. On line then another 3 mins to check her in . There's always a long line. Since you have more check in questions than other facilities, try to be realistic. If we are late the appointment, its canceled but it's fine for us to wait in line 20 mins. And forget trying to make therapy appointments. Are you using a different computer system than chop main? The therapist and and doctors are great, that's the only reason I continue to put up with it.
