Besides the spacious and colorful building with amenities, there are many good doctors who take their time to explain all details to a very basic level about all possible explanations and/or treatments to helps me making my decision as a parent. The PT department is amazing. We had a great and helpful experience with Julie Dyke. She is the best. Not forgetting Dr. Matthew Grady with a calming eye blink that says everything will be ok. He is a sports medicine pediatrician there.

The care was great.  Waited 30+ minutes, but still good care.  Only 2 stars though because they charge you 5x what you would way anywhere else.  They have to pay for the really nice building somehow...  My son broke his foot, so we came to CHOP in KOP after our pediatrician referred us.  Only spent 20 minutes with the doctor.  Bill total for that one appointment came in at $1,870!  After our insurrance, the total was reduced to $1,232.28.  This is insane for 20 minutes(maybe 30 minutes if he looked at the chart afterwards).  This bill doesn't even cover the boot and the cost to strap the Velcro on.  I would not recommend CHOP to anyone based on the cost.  Again, care was great, but seriously $1,232.28 for 20 minutes is insane!!!

Got here 9 minutes late for our appointment we waited months for. They proceeded to take every other person back and penalize us for being a few minutes late. We are going on over 2 hours of waiting to be seen now. The nurse told us she was going to take the next 2 appointments and we could wait if we wanted or reschedule. When you wait months to be seen we decided to wait. But somehow I don't think my 9 minutes of being late is comparable to the 2 plus hours we have waited to be seen so far.

Arrived on time for our scheduled ENT appt., only to find out the appt. was cancel, the doctor had a last minute family emergency, which is totally understandable. Our problem was, we were told we had received a call to cancel the night before, WE DID NOT! After waiting months for this appt. a phone call would have been nice. WHAT A SHAME!  Besides that, the ladies at the check-in/reception desk were very helpful and encouraged me to call and reschedule before leaving.  I did and managed to get an appt the very next day.

If u make an appointment with specialist make sure you take whole day off at work and your kid at school, wait period is unbelievable. If you can find better option than here, select that one, they just made fancier from inside and outside but workwise is horrible. No idea why Dr takes longer time.
