As if I wasn't frustrated enough that the line is always out the door when I come here, the one time they make me a pre-order they leave out the chicken. Thanks, you left out the one part of the dish that makes it filling. Of course you didn't not forget to charge me for it.

First time at Chopt. I don't mind to get in line to order food if it works well and its organized. When it was my turn to order, somebody separated the toppings that I chose and then I had to wait too long until someone picks my bowl to mix the toppings and ask me about what dressing on top I wanted. They do not have the honey mustard dressing! The line to pay is also confusing and utensils (fork) are not easy to find.

The in store line is usually way too long for my work lunch break. So I order online ahead of time. They don't have the best system for picking up orders and I sometimes still have to wait. Seating options are decent, but depends on what time you get there. The salads themselves are totally customizable and they have good predetermined choices too. My only complaint is that they skimp out on avocado a lot.

I love their salads, choices, and quality of food but their service is atrocious. They are so slow... Painfully slow... At getting the salads made and checked out.
