Paul was fantastic! He helped me and my husband from the very beginning with getting my K1 fiance visa and subsequently my US green card. He was incredibly knowledgeable and organized, making a very scary and daunting process so much easier. What I especially appreciated was that he has collected a lot of data on his clients over the years so that he was able to convey up-to-date information on what to expect in terms of timelines and how the process would go for us. And while he obviously cannot know the future with certainty, thankfully his predictions were quite accurate and allowed us to make plans for the future well in advance. My husband and I would both highly recommend him to our friends and family and we certainly plan to get back in touch with him when it is time for me to apply for US citizenship.

We used Paul to help with my wife's emigration to the US.  We found Paul to be straightforward, experienced and very responsive.  He laid out the risks and options for us and advised us on best practices.  Once we had selected our course of action, Paul stayed on the case until it was complete.  We recommend Paul.

Paul is the absolute best. 

After researching a number of immigration lawyers, and after paying a ridiculous sum of money for an hour long consultation with a hot shot lawyer in Toronto (DO NOT MAKE OUR MISTAKE!), we were so relieved and thankful to find such a down to earth and grounded lawyer. Paul's initial consultation is free, and he has all of the time in the world to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

My wife and I had a very complicated situation (think: previous marriage to a foreigner of the opposite gender who at one time had a permanent residency card, my wife and I lived in two different countries together, my wife lived in four different countries after turning the age of 18... etc, etc, etc.)  but Paul made the entire process very easy and straightforward-- despite all of the complexities. 

Paul is very communicative, easy going, super responsive, and always has time to go over and thoroughly explain even the most seemingly repetitive and mundane items. His flat fee is 100% worth it, and is extremely affordable when all is said and done. 

This is a miserable process on so many levels, and we were so lucky to have Paul's guidance and expertise to help us through it. I honestly don't know what I would have done without him. 

We can't thank Paul enough for everything. Absolutely recommended! He is the best!

I couldn't recommend a better person to help with an immigration case. Paul is very very professional and at the same time super personable and a joy to work with. He made everything easy to understand having been through the process himself. If there were 10 stars I would give him 11. Thank you Paul!

Not just any Immigration lawyer can do this well for you !!! Don't risk it you must Call Paul !!!

Successfully steering your immigration case through the complex processes and numerous deadlines is extremely difficult if you don't have Paul as your immigration attorney, he simply makes it easy and stress free !!! Immigration law is constantly changing, and it's very difficult to understand what's required and when. Paul's an extremely experienced immigration attorney and a great guy who can prepare your petitions / applications; coach you through the USCIS interview; resolve issues on visas, green cards, and naturalization all while allowing you to breathe easy during this process. 

We have used Choquette law group for over 20 years and have never been disappointed once !!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOQUETTE LAW !!!
