A very small restaurant amongst other shops in a strip mall shopping center that had very large portions but were overpriced for what you get. It had a very cozy/romantic feel to the place, so if you're taking your wife or girlfriend out this might be a good spot. If you know your fried rice and orange chicken then don't get them here. Try something other than these two dishes. The orange chicken was a little fatty and didn't have that spicy orange flavoring that I look for when ordering it from table service restaurants. The chicken fried rice lacked the flavor that a good chicken fried rice should have and the rice itself was a longer and more plump rice than it should have been. I prefer a short grain rice in my dishes. Overall due to the poor quality of the food and its flavoring is why I'm giving this cozy little spot a 4 star rating. Some of the other entrees may taste much better and you may like it though so who knows?! I might give this place another shot, but in only in town for the week, so it'll have to be another trip perhaps.

Food is consistently good! I've dined in and also had meals delivered. Service is very pleasant and attentive. The place is incredibly clean inside!

As far as Chinese food restaurants go, Chow Mein House appears to be just okay. My wife and I went there for lunch. Although they do provide very large portions of food, I feel that they used too much egg in their recipes. We had the shrimp in lobster sauce and we had wonton soup (which had a lot more than kust wonton). I think they charge too much for too much. However, the service was very friendly and very quick.

HIDDEN GEM! Cleanest and tastiest Asian food in Vegas .  The staff is amazing fast and friendly. The prices are very affordable and the food portions are huge. The lunch special is also really great. I've tried alot from their menu and my least favorite is the orange chicken. Everything else is amazing. The hot and sour soup is a MUST TRY

Did is always great. Service sometimes is a little lacking, nothing crazy just someone's the waiters need to be pay little more attention to your drinks and when you need refills. Recommend to everyone
