Chris Gubb represented my family in both the sale of our first home, and purchase of the new. Chris was singularly excellent- both highly competent and experienced, but also thoughtful, detailed and truly caring in her representation of our family. Chris ensured that an otherwise stressful process  was as streamlined as possible, often anticipating our needs before we even realized them.  Chris was immediately responsive, and provided clear, thoughtful information to our inquiries and concerns each step of the way. She and her team staged our first home beautifully which facilitated the sale process; in addition, Chris and her team further assisted in making referrals to reliable service providers (such as cleaning services) and setting appointments with inspectors, etc.  For working parents, trying to sell and purchase a home, this comprehensive care and attention was invaluable. My wife and I decided to buy a house in northern New Jersey but after a couple of weeks decided to hire a realtor to assist us since my schedule did not allow the time requirement to shuffle through all the houses we would immediately decline. I did some research and quickly found that the Gubb team at KW in Ridgewood was the place to go. I was assigned to Lora Wejnert who immediately hit it off with my wife and I felt confident that she would get the job done for us. Lora was very patient and diligent a tough balance to achieve when dealing with different personalities as my wife and I are. Lora found us a house that my wife completely fell in love with and at the perfect time too. I have since recommended my dear friends to her who are currently looking for a house near us and I hope to give her a lot more referral business.

David is a premiere realtor in Glen Rock and I'm so glad he was on my side in our recent real estate transaction. We have had the pleasure to work with Lora first as a Seller’s Agent and then as a Buyer’s Agent.  We have found her to be competent and knowledgeable about the real estate market as well as the communities we were searching.  She is a dynamic young professional who efficiently helped us sell our home within the first week!

As the Buyer’s Agent, she took the time to carefully listen to our concerns and understood that we were looking not just for a house, but searching for our next home.  Lora skillfully guided us to other professionals who also aided the other aspects of the buying process.  Currently, as a member of KW’s Gubb Team, she has now enhanced her resources to serve each of her clients.  Lora’s perspective and honesty was also a valued sounding board as we toured many homes.  She was an invaluable asset to the purchase of our new home.

Dave... heckuva a guy! He knows the Ridgewood area well and  took the time to find out what we wanted and to make sure we found it (spoiler alert...we did).  His network and support system after the purchase was a welcome relief. It made the process all very easy and we ended up closing early. He was on top of things without being overbearing and was a pleasure to work with. Do yourself a favor...use Dave.
