Story

At ChrisMill Homes, we believe that a custom home is built by beginning with the end result in mind. How do we do this? The ChrisMill Homes team has developed a superior way of doing business that simplifies the building process for the customer.

From your first contact through the final day of your warranty period, the owners of ChrisMill Homes, Ernie Norton and Bill Gaskins, will be your direct contacts making sure you are totally satisfied with your home purchase.

In fact, we depend on your total satisfaction. ChrisMill Homes has one of the highest referral ratings in the home building industry. Our biggest competitors will spend in two months what we spend in an entire year on advertising. We depend more on what we have done, rather than what we say we will do.

There are several ways you can build your home. We offer a wide variety of floor plans from which to choose, or we can work together to design your very own custom plan, or we can build from a set pre-existing plans. Moving and adding doors or windows, or more complicated things like adding porches or changing the exterior elevation are not a problem for us. Our in-house draftsman can get it done in a hurry. We exist to ensure customer satisfaction first and foremost.
