I come with my elderly mother to her appointments. The doctor is very thorough but you should plan on making a day of it.  Always wait at least an hour. There have been times that it has taken 4 hours at the office for a routine appointment. I think the doctor is very passionate about her work. Perhaps she should schedule her patients farther apart and train the front office better. We've come for an appointment before and the doctor was out of town, and nobody bothered to call and cancel her appointment.
