Story

We are a church that opens hearts, opens doors and opens minds through active engagement with our world.

John Wesley (the founder of Methodism) and the early Methodists placed primary emphasis on Christian living, on putting faith and love into action. This emphasis on what Wesley referred to as "practical divinity" continues to be a hallmark of United Methodism today.

Mission

Our vision as a church is to simply be "Inspired by God’s love to serve everyone". Jesus tells us to "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: "Love your neighbor as yourself."

Loving God and others is possible because God is love and when we have God’s love, we desire to share it with others (1 John 4). It seems like Christ has made it so simple for us, but without a supporting community to guide, love, and help us, we sometimes stumble and fall.

We desire to be this supporting community for you so you may fully reach God’s desires for you.
