I was introduced to Christian Book Nook by a colleague after I mentioned how much books were costing me for this upcoming semester. After hearing of the excellent customer service, great deals, and close location, I decided to try it out. I called the store prior to my arrival to see if they had the 10 books that I needed for class. The owner, John, prompted me to send him an email listing out the book titles and authors. Within about 45 minutes I received an email back with an excel sheet listing the titles, authors, conditions, and prices of each book. To top it off, John said he would hold the books I needed if I'd like to purchase. A few hours later I arrived and met John. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. He had already compiled my books and had them ready to go. I threw him a curve ball and asked for some additional books. He knew where each was and even told me what they would cost before adding them to my pile. In fact, John found one of the books I needed in used condition, and subbed it out for the newer one to save me $5. Little acts like this were what really "wow'ed" me. Long story short, with Amazon Prime I was going to spend well over $200 for these books. After a painless stop at the Christian Book Nook, I walked out after taxes paying $110 with a smile on my face. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to any and everyone looking to read. I know I will be back!

Excellent selection of books at great prices. Both new and used books, including seminary level books, commentaries, and Christian living. There is a cute children's section. There is a large shelf dedicated to Banner of Truth. They also have used CDs and DVDs.

Great Christian books here. Especially fantastic if you find a used book cause there are great deals.

Some of the best prices in the city. We typically will get books for about 20% less then even amazon. If you're going to one of the Seminaries in town this place is a must!
