I have been to Dr. Quinn's office 4 times now, and each time I have been on time but have had to wait past my appointment time.  Today I had to ask when I would be seen after sitting there for 45 minutes, and the entire office looked at me like I was being unreasonable.  This was to be a quick check on how my inserts feel.  I was supposed to schedule a follow up appointment for 6 weeks to get inserts check again (another 5 minute appointment) and was told that I should plan to be there for an hour including the wait time.  That is unacceptable, this office and doctor needs to learn how to schedule and run their office.

I visited Dr. Quinn a few months ago and am so grateful. I had horrendous knee and hip pain and she fitted me for specialized inserts and ever since I have experienced so much less pain. She was so considerate and really took her time. I have an extremely high co-pay and she addressed all of my concerns in one visit.
