Dr was nice saw her for almost 2yrs. Then manager & a nurse started using 2 companies to drug test and bill me. The doctor was unaware then they were mad so they said I never paid when I did, the management company investigated proved it. Then they had another patient with my name & birthdate getting heavy narcotics & not ID'ing them... someone there was using my identity to get scripts. I was just about to go back to work because I was physically much better, that's when a person I never heard of called and said don't come here ever again. I asked to speak to the doctor & they replied she doesn't want to talk to you. I went to get my records just in case nothing bad in them at all... but they keep telling doctors office I'm uncooperative & not to help me. My records show otherwise. I don't think the doctor knows what's even going on in her office. Never got back to work I hey have tarnished my name as if I did something bad. Ruined my life, I need to work. Completely insane situation that should never happen. Now I'm confined to a bed crying in pain most days when I was doing really well. Not sure if the doc knows but she should be able to control what is happening in her office. Recently heard they were closing down. Not surprised.
