I went in October 2012 and was not at all satisfied with the service. I went on a Wednesday and at that time (not sure about now) they had a special called weave Wednesdays and basically a sew in was offered at a discounted price. I was not given the discounted price and the ladies were very rude. Also to clip my ends it was 15 extra although I didn't ask for it. I would not recommend this place.

Awful customer service and time management. They called me in for a 1pm appointment, and I wasn't seen until 3:30pm. If they knew they were understaffed, then they should have told me to come in later. Extremely annoyed, and I am never coming back here again.

Just got my haircut yesterday's and its not the cut I was asking them to do Ms. Yvonne messed my hair up and Ms. Vee tried to style it and it still was a mess this is my last time coming to this salon. For Ms. Christol as a manager I thought you would step in and say something but you didn't poor manager skills

Too pricey, customer services not good like it used to be, do not recommend for loc maintenance, stylists not really good at styling and or shampooing.   Products and hair services are ridiculously expensive. I do not recommend this business.

I was very disappointed with the service I received via phone. Due to poor customer service prior via phone never made into the shop. 

I was interested in cutting my hair.  I went to the website to find out as much information as I could.  I was happy to learn the salon also featured nail technicians and a spa.  This was the perfect one stop shop.  Eagerly, I contacted the salon, being new in the area and transitioning from natural to relaxer I had a few follow-up questions. 

When I called the shop the lady on the phone quickly referred me to the website.  I explained to her that I had already been on the website and some of my questions were not answered and wanted to clarify.  the lady again pushed me to the website.  I explained again that I had more questions that were not clear on the site. The lady responded and said "we have all the information you need on the website and we get too many phone calls for me to go over information with you that you can find on our website". 

Feeling discouraged and already nervous about the haircut, I contacted another salon and the owner was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me feel secure with the transition from Natural to relaxed hair.
