Mr. Mutimer was born in Maryland and grew up in the Washington, DC area. He completed his undergraduate work at American University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Catholic University – The Columbus School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Mutimer worked full time for one of the most respected DUI defense attorneys in Washington, DC where he learned the art and science of representing clients charged with DUI and other serious crimes. Mr. Mutimer is prepared to use his experience gained from handling numerous jury trials and bench trials in the District of Columbia to zealously fight for the rights of each and every one of his clients.
