I am a licensed Pennsylvania REALTOR operating in the Philadelphia Metro Area. In addition to working with homebuyers and sellers, I specialize in tenant placement for landlords. Prior to practicing real estate, I developed a strong background in both marketing and data analysis. My approach to real estate is to apply my experience to attract people to your property, while also providing an analytical viewpoint that can get you the best price, whether you are a buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant. Jon recently helped us as we purchased our first home in the Doylestown, PA area. Jon was very helpful throughout our whole search. During our search, Jon showed us that he is very knowledgeable and was able to point out issues in the quality of each home that we saw. He listened to everything on our wish list and was able to give us his own opinion on what we were looking for, which ultimately helped us make our decision to look at new construction. Even in this Jon, showed that he was very familiar with new construction homes and he even helped us during the initial negotiation with our builder. He was very responsive and proactive throughout the whole process. Jon was also very flexible and made himself available on multiple evenings to discuss home possibilities with us. In the finalization of our settlement, Jon helped to make a very stressful time much more bearable. We love our home and thank Jon and his team for all that they did in working with us!

Jon was a pleasure to work with throughout our entire home buying process. It is evident that he has comprehensive knowledge about the inner workings and systems of homes and knows the right questions to ask both the lenders and the sellers. 

Jon couldn't be further from the pushy real estate broker that some people encounter and on more than one occasion, he talked us out of buying a home because of structural or not-so-evident issues that would have come back to bite us. We are extremely happy with the home we ended up purchasing and couldn't' have done it without Jon.

Jon is a true professional and great to work with whether you are buying or selling. I've done both in the last few months and couldn't be more grateful or appreciative for Jon's attention to detail and experience in real estate. He took care of everything so that I could still concentrate on work and my family. I am so pleased with his efficiency in selling my house and the quick manner in which it occurred. Jon was on vacation when an offer was made on the house I was selling yet, he scheduled conference calls, took care of paperwork and dealt with everything as if he was in his office. Jon is extremely organized and will keep you up to date every step of the way. I highly recommend Jon and Christopher Real Estate Services.

I highly recommend using Jon as your broker if your looking to buy a new home. We have dealt with numerous realtors in the past and Jon was by far the most helpful. With his experience in various different positions in the real estate industry he was able to help us with everything from finding the perfect home to general handyman tips to analyzing mortgage agreements. We were also really impressed with him as a business owner and how he runs his company; it's always great to work with small independent businesses who promote good values and ethics. We were also really happy with the title company and inspector that he recommended, and our entire home buying process from beginning to end went smoothly.  Will definitely be using him again in the future jand referring him to everyone we know.
