They have a big sign out front saying they are accepting new patients - they are not, and they were extremely rude about it. I'm sure Dr. Chen is great, but the staff was not as friendly as you'd hope for in a medical practice.

All staff is caring and helpful. They can do labs there also. Dr. Chen is great for the entire family!!! So happy to have such a nice office here on the island. No long waits either!
