Horrible walked in with the flu did some test then told me that i just had to wait it out meds i got was for nausea and then told to but some motrin got nothing for the flu still feeling bad from the flu too

Good doctor's and good staff. Very quiet and very well kept up. My grandmother came in due to some issues. They are taking good care of her

Received average service. The billing department is a mess. They were unwilling to work with us on a $1500 emergency room bill for my son. Sent it to collections even though I was paying twice a month. Then they failed to even send us a bill for another visit. We didn't know there was a balance until a collection agency started harassing us. I avoid this hospital like the plague now. The one in Kenedy provides much better service and has it's stuff together.

No complaints about the ER staff or our wait time...staff was awesome!  2nd floor staff also great and timely on attending to you.   But OMG the noise level is horrible.   One thing I think that can be changed up there is staff encouraging visitors and staff as well to keep it down.  The patient next door had so many visitors and they were laughing and all talking so loudly!  My bf had just gotten out of emergency surgery and was in so much pain. ..they finally medicate him enough to get the pain manageable and he began to relax....and the laughing and loud talking and heavy chairs bring dragged to accommodate the patient next doors 75 visitors began and he just couldn't rest.   He never got any rest until about 3am...he got out of surgery about 10am the morning before.   I felt horrible for him.  Another thing that kept disturbing him was the constant pages that come out of the room speaker..they are super loud.  Maybe spohn should invest in personal headset/phone system that nurses carry on them.  I have seen them in other hospitals.  One more thing....they really need a baby/kid wing.   Elderly patients,  post surgical patients....really need rest but that is hard to do when you have a screaming baby across the hall.  I know it's not the baby's fault cause they are sick and not felling well either....but you know it kind of makes sense to try and accommodate every type of patient.   I just think that a kid wing would be great just like I think a night at the movies with adults only allowed would be great.   Cater to everyone. ...but over all the staff was pleasant and very helpful and caring!
