I ordered flowers for my sis-n-law on line through 1 Stop Florist. They turned the order over to Christy’s. To say I am unsatistisfied with the arrangement she received would be an understatement. The arrangement looked as though it was thrown together at the last minute by my 5 year old niece. The only reason I gave 1 star is it was the only way to leave a review. I emailed a picture of the arrangement to 1 Stop Florist. Even they could see where someone at Christy’s dropped the ball and gave me a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHRISTY’S TO ANYONE!!!

Support this FABULOUS local flower shop!  I ordered flowers for my sister on line directly from Christy's.(NO need to ever use 1-800-flowers my fellow consumers!)  Within 5 minutes, I received a call from the owner explaining that the arrangement I had chosen had been so popular, they'd run out of certain flowers. She gave me multiple choices and suggested wonderful combinations of colors and different shaped flowers to attain exactly what I wanted. Awesome customer service! Less than 2 hours later, I got a text and a picture of the flowers from my sister. Bam! Superbly done!  The arrangement was gorgeous. I am a very happy customer!

My granddaughter lives in Pinehurst and they have been creating and delivering the most beautiful bouquets to her for several years now. When I call they always remember me. Great customer service.

I would like to start by saying that if it wasn't for Joanne the delivery driver I would give this shop 1 star. When I placed my order for a Memorial service by phone at shop we went on line together looked at a photo to get a general idea of what we were looking for,well we when the flowers arrived to the Church in Southern Pines we were not there. When my Mom  saw  the arrangement we were very disappointed, it was nothing like described, it looked like someone just threw something together quickly and sent out. I called back and spoke with Joanne, she came out with some flowers and filler, the correct Birch branch pieces and redid the whole arrangement,and had it done just in time, she was very professional and when she was done it was absolutely beautiful. Thank you Joanne for making our day.
