Excellent help. These guys are just fun, friendly and quick. There were 10 of us getting gear and even though it took a long time (as it should have!!!) it was worth it. And we even had to go back after the first day to refit a few boots. They were just awesome. Love this place. It's quiet and they are excellent at customer service.

We came to Utah on vacation from California and we're running tight on time because we forgot about the hour time difference. When we realized that this rental place was going to close by the time we got there we called and Will H. the rental supervisor answered the phone. He was very pleasant to talk to and you could tell he had the customers best interest's in mind. He decided because it would be a hassle for us tomorrow morning to get in and rent gear then head up to the mountains that he would stay open later. By the time got there it was about 15 min past closing and it couldn't have been more than 10 after that before we were out and on the road again. Not only is the customer service fantastic but the gear there was the best I've ever gotten from a rental place. I will definitely come back every time I'm in the area.

I went in looking for a snowboard and I came out a customer for life. IF you are looking for any equipment (Ski or Snowboard) please consider this location when you need to rent or buy. Mitch & Martha were very helpful when in to buy a snowboard and I finally found the everyday snow shop I have been looking for since i moved to Utah. Thank guys!
