Loveeee the Brisket Nachos, I’ve been a customer for around a year now and my order comes out AMAZING every time! The owner & his wife are so sweet and very involved with the community. I always get it without the onions/sour cream and they always get it right! Highly recommend trying them out!Food: 5/5
Chubz Spudz has by far the friendliest staff I’ve ever met! I got 2 tacos and a brisket sandwich But my bf had the sandwich. The tacos were crazy!!! They were crunchy in the right places, full of flavor, and everything meshed together well. I highly recommend everyone support this small business! And to the owner- you showed me a kindness today that has left a great impression on me. I appreciate how y’all give back to the community.
First of all, The Owner is sincere, humble and passionate about his craft and you can tell the moment you meet him. The food price seems steep at first but god you get a lot of food for the price. I ordered 2 chub spudz for me and my girl and wow were still stunned by the size of the tray he gave us for one order. The food tastes great, I will definitely come back to try more and be sure to tell everyone I know about it Do yourself a favor and support small business and go see this man and hell take care of you
Yesterday was my first time going to Chubz Spudz in Denton. It was AMAZING and so delicious! I had a brand new combo called “The bigg back snack.” The price was very affordable. You definitely need to try it. You won’t regret it. The owner was so nice and friendly. Kid-friendliness: Awesome and delicious food that even children will love.
New to the area and was searching for something other than typical fast food. OMG! This is a hidden gem for real. Talk about amazing! Portions are HUGE easily 3 meals out of one potato, value is unbelievable. Can't say enough about this place. Y'all have got to check it out.Food: 5/5

Wow! What a great hidden gem. I had the brisket spud and ribs. That was the biggest potato! The ribs were fall off the bone tender. The owner was friendly and appreciative of our business. This is a food truck and there is no seating so you can get it to go. My friend and I used the tailgate of my truck and next time I might bring some lawn chairs. Come check it out and give some love to small local businesses! Also the price for what I got was $21, but it’s about 3 meals worth. They also have family style orders as well.
Steve had a dream to open a food business! He did, despite his detractors! Upon ordering at his food truck in front of the Eskimo Hut on Sunset Blvd, Corner of Sunset and Alice off University Dr. I took the time to get to know him, as he was preparing our food. Now you have the privilege to taste food that only your Mom would take such care in making! We had the Chubby with two huge loaded baked potatoes, two large smoked ribs and two brisket tacos! Awesome food, awesome service! And the portion size is something to be beheld! Greatest BBQ in town! Live the dream Steve!!!!
Listen I got me a “plate” what I thought was a plate turned out to be a pan from here and it was heaven !! Everything was fresh and hot. The ribs were perfect and omg the brisket tacos had me ready to fall out. BEST BARBECUE IVE HAD IN SO LONG. Will most definitely come back againFood: 5/5
