The place was very dirty and my table was never cleaned but that’s not it. I went to play with my kids and a few moments later they threw my food and I didn’t get a redound.
My son had a blast on Chuck E. , none of his friends went to his birthday, but our waiver Rubi was so kind to him and very friendly, and helped to make a better birthday to him. Thanks!
Nice n clean venue, attentive staff and fun for children. I wish more parents will enjoy time as a family, instead of being on their phones --you are wasting precious time to bond, to enjoy and to collect fond memories.
If your in Laredo just go to Main Event or Peter Piper. Its way overpriced here with mediocre food and service.Food: 2/5
The place brings excitement to small children who have visited the place for the first several times of their life's; yet even young children become bored with same , especially if no updated versions and variety are introduced to what has been there for years. Aside from playground; service, friendliness, and the special attention given by employees to make birthday parties for children special is definitely very outstanding. All the help you get to organize and set up tables and their attentiveness to your needs to make hosting easier really makes entertaining children and birthday parties very special. At the end of the hour, I felt satisfied the children got what they wanted, and I got the help I needed.
AS USUAL TABLES DIRTY; NEVER HAVE ENOUGH STAFF OR DON'T SCHEDULE ENOUGH STAFF TO HAVE A CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT!!! SHAME ON THE CHUCKY CHEESE'S PEOPLE!!!
Been a while since I took my kids to Chuck E. Cheese and was surprised by the new equipment games they put in. The pizza was still good.
All new system but not one employee was excited to work very bad management.. I bought a salad buffet and the salad bar was half empty ,still some ingredients were not fill. The pizza was good with the new cheese flavor.
Great place. Great games. Love the kid security. Pizza is good, can be great.
