We arrived at this Chuck E cheese when there was hardly anyone in here literally about maybe 6 other people.. the reserved section for birthday parties was empty and we asked if we could reserve it for a few hours and the manager told us no,. Even though there was no one in that section. The tables once a customer has left the tables they do not clean any of the tables that were loaded with plates... nobody cleaned tables for the whole 4 hours that we were here. Horrible employees.. They receive the 2 stars because the pizza is fair and the the Chuck E cheese was very friendly and humorous.. that was the highlight of the day...

Horrible service the lady took forever to come to the front and only to talk to the employee instead of assist us. The pizza took a while and when it finally came out it was burnt and hard and only 8 slices instead of the advertised 12. All the other trays were black and plastic and our looked like a lid for a cakepan or something. All the tables were dirty even though there was nobody here. Probably the worst one I’ve been to.

Plenty of games for the kids and have a good salad bar. My only issue was a certain smell in the whole place. Not sure is it was a sewer problem or what. But they need to rectify...Also, they need to kick the homeless people from hanging outside the entrance.Food: 4/5

One of my favorite Chuck E Cheeses. Haven't visited this location in a while but I'll say what my experience is when I last visited. The experience was great, the animatronics are in perfect condition. Everything about this location is great, from the pizza, to the games, to the drinks, to the salad bar, everything is a top notch 5 star. Great job CEC Norwalk

We couldn't even get food the wait was over an hour  , Crowded the staff was less than helpful it seems as if they don't want to be there. Overall horrible experience highly don't recommend and aslo will not be returning.Food: 1/5

Unfortunately Chuck E cheese has changed over the years and has gone pretty quiet and not much customer service.. I think they need to change to AMore positive attitude to have a better influence and experience for the customers...Food: 3/5

Is a good place for take the kids. Nice attention and they have a lot of games. My son love it.

Love this chuck e cheese... It was different then the one in Huntington park and Gardena.. love that it had two rooms of games and super clean.. most of all when we went there weren't a lot of people because we got there at 1020am best time ever go in the mornings before everyone wakes up

Loved it! Kids loved it! Customer service was a little slow and the ice cream machine was not working neither was the cotton candy machine boo!!

Had my nephews bday here, extremely crowded ofcourse . Only issue we had was that one waitress was assisting 3 parties at once, the food was brought out late. Our Guests has to eat in a hurry because we were on a time crunch. They need to hire more staff over the weekend, the parking lot is huge so you will find parking, they are serving dipping dots now so that’s a plus !
