I brought my kids here the other day and we all had memorable fun. The good thing is it’s not as pack on the week days so we got the chance to enjoy almost all the activities. The location is neat

Nice, clean and organized. I had not gone to Chuck E Cheese in over 12 years. This Day we celebrated my 6 year old Niece's birthday. They came all the way from Sheboygan , Wis.. That pizza and crust was awesome.
Just left this place. This was one of the best locations I have been to. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I didn’t reserve party but they made sure all of our needs were met. There were two girls at the counter who made everything so easy and I appreciate that. Thank you all for making my baby’s 3rd birthday memorable. We had a blast
Haven't been to one in ages. Went for my nephew's birthday. Definitely not the same as I remembered. They used to have actual arcade games. Everything there is more kid oriented. But he had a good time and that's all that matters.
I would rate my experience 10 stars because of Paola. I’m so thankful she took care of us for my Child’s birthday party today! Having a party in such a chaotic place can be a little overwhelming however Paola made everything seamless for me. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and she provided amazing customer service! My entire party agreed, she was phenomenal!!!
I mean, it's Chuck E Cheese. It's not the Ritz. Overall, it exceeded my expectations actually. The ground was clean, games were cheap, there were open tables on a Saturday night, and they are the only place that actually has someone at the door making sure no one leaves with your kid UV stamp on your family's hand. Cons were 2 hour wait on pizza, salad bar looked like it hadn't been wiped down in awhile, and tons of unsupervised kids running around - but, I went in with those expectations and much worse ones so it was overall a good experience since we weren't banking on pizza or salad.
All in all, it was the usual experience. It was pretty clean, but the staff has absolutely no personality. One woman didn't know how to do anything, and the guy getting the prizes for the kids couldn't even muster up a smile... You work with kids. Learn how to, or get a job at McDonald's. If you want your kids to completely enjoy themselves, go to another location, as they deserve better.
My boys and I had a great time! I was hesitant to take them because I have heard a lot of crazy stories about these establishments the last few years. But took a risk and went anyway. The food was delicious I've always liked their food though, the employees were friendly and courteous, and the place was very clean. Shout out to Jeremy at the ticket redemption counter! He was very friendly and patient! I think we will go back!
After 8pm it seemed like it was a real free for all. I don't know how many employees were there but I felt like they observed more than anything. I do think they deal with a lot of difficult adults as well but I think there needs to be at least one manager with an actual presence to hold parents accountable. There was a very aggressive child who was climbing on the ski ball machines and taking balls from the other machines and putting them in one game. He did physically grab a ball from my child's hand after he was asked to stop touching our game. This wasn't a quiet incident and he was pretty loud and screamed at me when I told him "No". If he had hit or attempted to hit my child, I would probably not be angry with him but of course the parents and management who could clearly see this kid going wild over on the ski ball machines and had continued to after we left. After that I did not feel safe to leave my kids side even when they were on a game because other kids were pushing each other off rides. Overall, this place is pretty busy but undermanned, mismanaged, the Jurassic park gun sensors are completely broken as well as the classic picture taking rides which I used to love to take as a keepsake... that was a real disappointment. I was at the Gurnee location the day before and there was a maintenance person fixing and testing those picture taking rides and we even met Chuck E. Cheese there! The animations are mostly broken and the Dog's eyes don't even open which was a bit sad
