Love this location!! Folks here are very friendly, great energy, and they got Munch & Jasper at this store! I'd definitely recommend coming to this store if you're in New Jersey!!Food: 5/5

Great place, and my son loved it. However, when I went, they were extremely short staffed. Had to wait 5 min for someone to let us in/out , as well as only 1 person behind the prize counter, so wait was 10+ min. Also, the birthday watches that were timed play kept malfunctioning and would take 3 to 4 times scanning against the game to work. Other than that, it was a good time... I normally don't complain about wait times , however, when you're with an excited 3 year old, 5 to 10 minutes becomes an eternity as they don't want to stand still or wait and literally are climbing out of your arms so excited to play or pick a prize. However, I completely understand that being short staffed happens. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident, and it will be better staffed on our next visit!  Kid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly environment.  I also love that kids can not leave without their parents as hands are stamped upon entry. As my 3 year old was so excited, he kept running off. Gives parents a little peace of mind in the crazy world we live in.

Still a great place for the little ones and am so happy they've upgraded their menu options. $15 for a personal pizza is a bit of a stretch but it tasted pretty good.  The young man that stamped our hand could benefit from a customer service refresher, but Liz has great energy! I think my son has outgrown the Chuckee cheese experience but our sketched pix will carry memories forever!

Excellent place to go,  the food is what you would expect for a franchise place.  Service was alright,  arrived on time to set up they were late, especially with the game passes we had to wait for them to have them ready which is the point of going there. And the passes cost individually, they let you know the day of the party just saving people some headaches or miscommunication and from being charged for each pass that you give out.  Kid-friendliness: They have a wonderful safety feature. They stamp each family's hands so no one can walk off with someone else's child, also they have an attendant who watches and checks stamps.  The party packages include a lot of fun things, especially for the guest of honor.

We have been twice over the last month and the staff is very helpful - especially the gentleman working Friday night 1/26.  He went the extra mile to help our family celebrate a birthday and was much appreciated. Kids had a blast - I played more than I care to admit - win winService: 5/5

We hosted a party in chuck E cheese and it was an awesome experience. As the host was taking care of everything in our party we got the time to interact with all the parents who came in the party. The kids had fun as there were so many games they could play and the food was yummy.Food: 5/5

The place was clean and the team members were super nice. But the Pizza was burnt and the crust wasnt edible.  Kid-friendliness: Everything is catered to the kids

Absolutely wonderful!! Had my sons 2nd birthday here and the entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional!!! Our party manager was Chris and he is an absolute gem!! Super sweet and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! My son loved his party and all of our guests had a fantastic time!!! We definitely will be back very soon!!!
