After reading about Chuck Kelly in an internationally renowned magazine while on a flight from Washington to New Orleans, I made an appointment and have been a grateful patron of Chuck's salon for over 20 years. The hair styles are flawless, keeping perfect shape even for months following a cut. Chuck is selective in staff placements -- corporate America should go to the Salon just to observe! I have had perpetual surgery and then cancer since meeting Chuck. He has taught me more about hair health post-chemo than the cancer clinicians have done. They do not press patrons to purchase the vast products available, but expertly advise when asked about certain needs. Recently I needed a product to help with skin repair following cancer treatment, and the product Chuck selected for me was effective very quickly! Space does not allow for myriad other deserved comments, but one of the most outstanding qualities at Chuck Kelly Salon is the reliable, consistent kindness and many courtesies. Again . . .the corporates world should learn from Chuck. Every new customer I referred are avid fans as well.

Individuals who aren't willing to compromise on talent, professionalism, and caring customer service will be hard pressed to find a better salon. I know because I searched. Am grateful to find Chuck Kelly Salon. They earned my loyal business. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best and most reliable. You get what you pay for.
