Decent pub grub, for a good price. Showed up after the dinner rush, to a loud, energy filled restaurant.  Food prices are fairly cheap, just pay attention to fine print. There's a 3% "honest to goodness fee", and things like a desert that costs $3.00 and change.. "per person" (in fine print). 
The waitress seemed cheery, and helpful.. passing by every so often to check in. 
The food arrived in a timely manner, meat slightly over-done, but tasted fine, on a fresh bun. Fries were crunchy, without being soggy from oil. 
If you want to go to a place to talk, this might not be the place to be, unless you sit right next to each other, but if sports, drinks, and grub, are on your "to do" list, give it a go.

Horrible service! Have now been twice, left both times without eating. 1st time waited 15 minutes to get a menu. Finally taken our order after 10 minutes. Got our food but no cutlery or condiments. Waited 15 minutes. Food was coĺd and they only brought the cutlery, so we left. This time we waited 15 minutes and no one brought menus or even acknowledge we were there. So left again. We will never be back.

Great steak for the price! A Mustang buddy and I stopped by on Sunday. Great choice. Food for money value was very high. Will stop in again on our next cruise.

Food is great! Prices are great! Like everywhere in Bracebridge, sense of urgency is nonexistent. However, the service is greatly improved over the restaurant it replaced. Or at least I thought that until today. I sat at a table for 10 minutes and had several staff walk by me like I was invisible. Nobody even said hi. Being on lunch break, I had to leave and get something quick elsewhere.

We were trying to find a place later at night in Bracebridge when we found Chuck's Roadhouse and it was a blessing.  This was our first time at this restaurant.  The prices are nearly unbelievable. I got a 10oz steak and  ribs with side for under $18. The only problem I had was that they add 3% to the bill, but still more affordable than anywhere else.

I was expecting discounted food, but the steak was decent, the fries were great and the ribs among the best I have ever had.

The staff was a little busy, but still friendly and mostly around when needed.  The waiter was knowledgeable and suggested a good steak for me.
